nice hotel, good price. sometimes the front person did not speak English. The room had a heater, but most of the time it wasn't working. It was cold. Breakfast was basically bread and coffee and was too expensive. I would go out to a coffee shop. The city center was not far, you can walk.

The hotel is clean and quiet, staff are friendly. Easy walking distance from bus or railway station and not far from Darcy Gardens and the city center. I was able to get a single room for 2 nights for under 90 euros (excluding breakfast and city tax). No lift. I would stay here again.

My wife and I spent 2 nights at this Hotel. The staff don't speak English, but we were able to communicate our needs. The Hotel is a relatively short walk to the town centre. The room was a good size and comfortable. It is in what is generally a residential area, and it was quiet. The Hotel is about a 10-15 minute walk to the train station

We stayed for 3 nights in July. We were warmly greeted on arrival in the air conditioned lobby (a relief, it was 37 Deg C outside) given our room key, had breakfast and WiFi explained. The receptionist also asked whether we had a car, however I'd read on here that the parking garage is very tight and they ask for your key - I didn't fancy that, I've got quite a big car and I didn't want to pick up any scrapes so I opted to park on the street. Never had a problem finding a space and it was only about 3 EUR a day - I use the PayByPhone app to pay, dead easy. Our room was on the first floor - there's no lift (elevator). The room was spotless and modern and a good size. Two comfortable chairs, air conditioning and a modern bathroom. There are no brewing facilities as is commonly the case in France. The toilet is a separate room - I've seen this before in France. You may find it odd but I grew up in a house like that (no, it wasn't a privy in the back yard!) so did not find it a problem. Breakfast is served in another spotless air-conditioned room. It's not a buffet, you help yourself to drinks, cereals and yoghurts, and they serve you with a basket of breads and pastries - there's loads of it and all good quality. The hotel is an easy 5 minutes walk from the centre of Dijon. All the staff we met were very friendly and helpful. We would gladly return.

This hotel is a traditional French style hotel located on a backstreet 5 minutes walk to the main square, parks and shops of Dijon. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Their English was very limited ...just like my French however we made ourselves understood. The room was small but very clean and comfortable. A very effective air conditioner kept us comfortable on a warm summer evening. There is limited hotel parking, however there always seemed to be available street parking. The rooms are not equipped with coffee maker or fridge. French style breakfast was 6 euro but a good start to the day ! The one caution we would give about this hotel is that it does not have an elevator. Our room was on the second floor so it meant dragging cases up two sets of stairs. This would be a problem for handicap or older people carrying cases. This is a nice small hotel with a central location that we would recommend for a short stay.
