Nice people, good advices for visiting the city, good location (2min from tram), breakfast is fine (all you need), it would be interesting to install shutters for the noise during night, a part from that, all ok 😀
Great central location. Staff was extremely kind and available, spoke different languages without any issues. The hotel and the rooms were new and renovated, clean and well-lit. The only minor inconveniences were the lack of certain amenities such as shampoos/conditioners especially if you wanted to wash your hair and a hairdryer in the room itself, but the hotel staff quickly remedied and provided us with one. The breakfast was really good and had lots of options.
good and quiet location, helpful reception, but we upgraded the room with terrace which couldnt be used. towels and toilet paper were missing almost every night and we had to ask for them ....no safe at the room nor at the reception.
We stayed one night, and despite the normal prices being around the hundreds, we payed 42€ for a comfort room. It had a view to the part in front of the building, which was super nice. The workers were very nice to us, and even helped us print our bus ticket free of charge. The room was small. Barely could get through because we had the luggage everywhere, but the bed was so nice that we fell asleep almost immediately. Shower was ok, a bit small, but manageable. Surely if we had paid normal price we'd probably feel a bit underwhelmed, but we truly enjoyed our stay.
Efficient and friendly service. Rooms simple but clean. I would recommend it for business trips for a couple of days. I regretted that only French TV channels are provided. The breakfast could be a bit more sophisticated.
