Nice and kind reception service, Rooms small, Pillow hard and uncomfortable. Bathroom ok! Breakfast not worth it (Variety, quality). Location is good, near tram and close to cathedral. Triple room works for 2 but not for 3
Everything went as expected hotel was just what I expected the staff very friends room very nice, I was in the front of the hotel and there are passing trams however this was not an issue, parking garage worth every penny. Short stroll into the centre, pleased I’ve booked hotel again for my return journey. There is a Coffin lift up from the garage so anyone with claustrophobia should maybe take the stairs but don’t let this put anyone off.
Enjoyed three days in Strasbourg for the world famous Christmas markets. Hotel was a just a few minute walk to be in the center of everything. Room was clean and comfortable and the staff was so friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend this hotel.
It looks much more appealing on photos than it is in real life. The parking is tiny (well to be fair thanks it exists at all). The breakfast is good, fresh special yogurts. The personal is much welcoming. Could be good when you consider it for short stay for work as is close to centre. Yet I'd not recommend for families.
I visited the hotel for celebrating my husband's birthday and christmas market. It was really great time and so happy! However, just one thing that i disapponted was parking. The parking lot was so...really so narrow. Although it is a small car, the time i drove in the parking lot was very scary. But, except for the parking, i would like to recommend to my friend! Thank you for the hotel's kindness!
The hotel itself is very well located. 5 minutes to the old town of Strasbourg. Staff at the reception was very helpful and recommended very nice restaurants. The wifi was basically non-existent though, so it might be a problem for business travellers. Appreciate that the staff tried to help but it wasn’t fixed. Superb housecleaning team as well. The room cleaning was immaculate. Thank you all!
The hotel is very closed to the city center. The rooms are new and super nice. I worked for a couple of days on smartworking mode, the room suited perfectly to my needs: a big desk, good lighting, enough sockets and a coffee machine at my disposal. Quality/Price ratio is excellent.
We chose this hotel because of its parking garages. As we arrived there, It took me more than 20minutes to take my car down in the -2 underground slot I was assigned. Very steep slopes, very tight corners. If you travel with a car higher than 1.8m then forget it anyway. And you pay 20€ a night for that adventure. Once there we had a nice room and nothing more. WLAN connection was very poor on 4th floor and Breakfast was impersonal. No contact to staff in any ways. So we left taking another 20min to get out with the car and without having really felt welcome at any time. Very anonymous hotel with no personality of any kind.
Let's start with the plusses: The staff is very friendly and offer good service, the location is very good and even though there was a small issue with the bill, this was picked up and corrected quickly. But there were also a few downsides, the biggest one being that we got a very small room. From the emergency floor plan it looked as though we had the smallest room on the first floor. And I know the French have a thing for tiny hotelrooms, but I had hoped for a bit more after seeing the pictures. Another thing was that the breakfast room is not COVID-proof. I understand that it's a small space, but the staff does nothing to make sure that people keep their distance or wear their masks. I only stayed here for one night and that was fine. They have parking (though be careful if you've got a big car) and I didn't need much more than a bed and shower. But if I would stay here for longer I'd choose another place.…
Less than 10 mins to the cool old city, comfy beds, great AC, decent minibar, good price It’s attached to Monaco consulate, kinda funny I’d stay again for sure - but if you don’t mind spending more 1 stay in the old city
