Old 4 stars hotel. Un unpolite concierge at the entrance. They shout at you if you don't wear the mask when the cleaning lady don't use it or wear it under her chin. I saw her two days in a row in the corridor. Old and ruined carpet in the room.

Such dirty place should not exist. Carpet full of spots, furniture out of age. TV old style out of service certainly for a while.. breakfast with a sort of very bad bred / still frozen but no fresh bread which is a real challenge in France … and very expensive for the quality.

The hotel is ok but I would not recommend it. Location: 5/10 - half an hour by foot to the city center. Around the hotel there is nothing aside a very nice park. Finding a decent restaurant nearby was impossible, which is a problem considering that the hotel does not have a restaurant Room 6/10 : big but very old fashioned. The whole hotel looks like out of the ‘80 and was not changed since. Complete lack of style Facilities 4/10: old fashioned, not renovated, no gym. Service 9/10: the lady at the reception was very helpful Price 6/10: the hotel was cheap but for similar prices you can find better ones

Our family, 2 adults and 2 kids, stayed here for one night on our trip to Strasbourg. The room was plenty big enough for our family. We had a large balcony as well, which was nice! Breakfast was included with the room and we even had it delivered to our room free of charge. The location was good. It was a little ways outside the city, but it is right next to a fantastic park. The Orangery Park was beautiful. We walked around with kids for several hours and had a great time.

A very nice, clean hotel. Breakfast is wonderful and I was very well looked after by Wilfrid who runs the dining room. Most of my stay was great and I would definately recommend staying there, the only downside I had was my watch was stolen during my stay. So make sure to keep your valuables safe.

We have stayed for 5 nights in this hotel. We bought some things in local supermarkets that included cheese and sausages in order to take them back s home. We put them in the room refrigerator to keep them until we leave. On the last day when we packed our things we noticed that all of the sausages were gone. We imidiatly repported to the manager but to iur dissmay she was not helpfull and argued with us instead of helping or maybe offering some compensation. And to think we left everything in the room in the notion of a secure hotel. We would defenetly will not return there and we do not reccomend this hotel at all.

Super nice room, spacious and clean. There was also little kitchen mini dishwasher machine and fridge. They offered us a breakfast in the room, which in the end we didn't take it...but it could be nice as we realize that the breakfast area is quite small for all the people....but still super nice breakfast with good fruits and wide choise of food. The ladies on the reception always super nice and helpful. Parking in front of hotel was for free and ok .just need to find your space.

We stayed here 6 nights while attending a conference at the Council of Europe. This hotel is a nice 15 minute walk through the lovely Parc de l'Orangerie. Quite and beautiful neighborhood. We were upgraded to a standard apartment on the third floor. The decor is old and dated, but the bathrooms are updated and the room was very clean. For such a long trip, having so much extra space was great. The continental breakfast that they will deliver free to your room was very nice. The employess we encountered were friendly and professional. 30-40 minute walk to the city center or 10 minutes or so Uber ride. We were satisfied with our stay here.

Very nice hotel and friendly staff - ready to help, clean rooms. For those who come to the Council of Europe seems to be one of the best options to stay. A walking distance away from the CoE, with Orangerie aside.
