friendly staff, a nice spacious room with balcony, bathroom with bubble bath and beautiful lightning, free use of a bicycle we didn't used the breakfast, but as I had seen it, it lookes very neat and delicious.
It is a nice and cosy hotel with confortable beds. Large rooms with stylish decoration and nesspreso type coffee machines. Quiet area. Excellent staff. It offers small spa services and a reduced menu for dinner.
excellent location beween Council of Europe and Town Center. Improvements would be necessary and welcomed for next stay!! unfortunately very limited parking space near hotel and a lot of noise due to working going on nearby.
Super rooms, very clean and with a big bath including a Whirlpool. Breakfast is good. Typically french with a lot of sweet. The service is excellent. The staff is very friendly and helpfull. Best is you can Rent bikes for free to go to City centre within 5 Minutes instead of 25 mins by Feed. We really enjoyed our stay
When booking the hotel, please note that you have a car park on site - no reservation required. While staying, the receptionist told us to park on the street. Rooms with a very comfortable bed. Shower in the bathroom sealed with water kanemen and non-functional. The room lacks disinfection, cotton swabs and paper napkins (there was 1 piece)
We spent 2 nights at Villa Garrigae in July with our two teenagers. It is located very close to the park, and 20 min walk from the citycenter. While a lovely hotel, our rooms were a bit odd – We had what was supposed to be a suite, but were two rooms that were connected through a small 1m2 rooms, but we could not unlock our rooms, so the access between the rooms were not easy. I blame myself as I booked via hotels.com, and everybody know you will get the lesser room not booking directly. We booked because it had a pool, but it was very small, and the pool area was not that inviting. But the pool towels that are handed out at hte reception was a good size and quality We asked about the bike rental while checking in, but was informed they were unavailable, so make sure to book them before coming if you plan on biking around. There was a safe in the room, but it was a small safe and not bolted in the closet, so I am not sure why they even had it, as you could just walk away with it The wifi worked terrible in our room, but very well in the boys room, so make sure to ask for a room where the wifi can reach. The beds were very comportable and we slept very well The owner was a lovely fellow and he was very visible at all times.…
To start with the best feature of this hotel, which is the staff. They are super friendly and helpful and try to do everything to make you happy. They might not be the most experienced staff but they make up for that by giving it more than 100% and do everything with a well meant smile. The hotel is nicely decorated and very clean and our room was small but cosy and had everything you need including a nice balcony. The pool and garden is great to relax after a day of wali, ing around the town. The hotel is located only 15 minutes walk from the center and close to the beautiful Orangerie
Can not be more happy with services at the hotel, the staff was above and beyond, providing us with services full of warmth and politeness, I truly can say that rarely we have been treated so nice and we are frequent travellers. The room was comfortable and , very important, quiet and had a very good night sleep. We will definitely stay there again when in Strasbourg. Thank You
Our stay was outstanding good. From the warm welcome until the farewell was everything nearly perfect. Only small improvement could be made with WiFi on the guestrooms. The breakfast did a perfect job and the quality was super.
I cannot say enough good things about Villa la Florangerie and their excellent staff. The room was tastefully decorated, roomy, with a super-comfortable bed. Sky lights with motorized shutters were a nice touch. Very nice shower, bath, and spacious bathroom (I am fussy about showers and water pressure and this one gets five stars). The Villa la Florangerie staff are best part. I found them to be attentive, knowledgable of the area, and very customer service oriented. All the staff presented themselves in a highly professional way that really made this stay special. Location: The hotel is located across the street from the Parc de l’Orangerie. A great location for a walk/run. The old-city is an easy 20 min walk and the Petite France area is about 10 minutes from there. No worries if your not up for walking, the hotel has a van and the wonderful staff was more than happy to deliver me to where I needed to go. …
