The hotel was very convenient for, shopping and restaurants, the tram was adjacent to the hotel Rooms where clean and the bed very comfy and even though the room was on the main road the traffic noise could not be heard
Perfect location for the conference center, with nice spacious and clean rooms. Helpful staff, Tom on the reception desk was a great support during our stay. Now for the negatives - Breakfast buffet needs better organisation and the shower/bath is very high and difficult to…
Great for business trip. Clean comfortable rooms and friendly staff. Didn’t sample the restaurant. Reception area let’s it down. Lots of good restaurants close by and great for shopping. On tram route.
A short walk from the centre. Hotel five minutes walk from both the Opera House and The Palace Theatre. Plenty of coffee shops, bars, and restaurants nearby. Hotel room was clean, comfortable, tea/coffee provided. Good walk in shower.
Did not get a good night sleep as advertised. Bed was lumpy and woke up with a bad back. Travelled and stayed in a family room with two others and no one had a goodnight sleep. Don’t think £114 a night warranted the condition of the room sadly.
"Would defintely opt for a room in the Quiet Zone if you are sensitive to noise."
"Rooms at the front do get noise from the tramline. Ask for a room at the back."
"Book your table for breakfast as it gets very busy"
"Room 209 and 208 had open views over the square towards Manchester Central. Very quiet."
