Just received a cancelation notice from hotel for an overnight stay before going on Holiday, booked Manchester airport after finding hotel and parking as we have 2 small children. Left now trying to find another hotel. As a buisness user I will think again when before booking with your company
Just cancelled totally out of the blue. Left in the lurch now as trying to book another hotel but all seem to be booked. Going to have to drive and find parking else where. This has been planned and booked for months. We are loyal customers of crown Plaza and have always sung their praises. Never again will we set foot in one. Disgusting
Shocking to cancel a room without reason and also add an additional £100 cost onto out holiday. Should have known to stay with the trusted brand of Premier Inn and could of saved the money and hassle from the outset. Crowne Plaza never again, you are shocking and can't provide an open and honest reason as to why.
Just had stay cancelled for July following cancellation email from hotel. Appalling service - two rooms booked months ago as part of trip to Australia, now left scrabbling around with everyone else’s prices inflated as only 10 weeks away. As a spire elite IHG member I am furious.
Booked to stay in August '22 but just had an email from Hotels.com saying the hotel "cannot honour the booking due to government mandated closure" - whatever that means! Can't find anything else online but don't book without ringing them first and checking.
