Gym needs some attention as there was no water and some broken equipment. The room wasn’t very clean as several long hairs were found and possibly blood on the carpet. The room was also very warm and the A/C couldn’t cool it.

Good cocktails in the bar. Fab breakfast. Rooms a little scruffy/ well-used in places but toiletries a nice touch. The only thing that was terrible was the pillow- one provided and it was sooo thin. I did not ask for an extra though so maybe this could have been rectified.
The Pentahotel Derby is walking distance from the Derby Railway Station in Pride Park area making it well connected. However, the precincts look very industrial. The rooms are very basic, with a no nonsense look, but not uncomfortable. But they only give one bottle of water…
