Fantastic hotel in a great location for everything from the restaurants and bars in Temple Bar, the shops and entertainment in Grafton Street and 5 minutes walk to The Gaiety theatre if you’re going to see Riverdance. The room itself is well equipped and despite overlooking a busy street, there was no noise in the room. Lovely comfy bed, pillows and duvet. The breakfast was buffet style and lovely. Whilst there is a breakfast room, there’s not a restaurant as you’d get in some Premier Inns with a few minimal dinner options, however due to the fantastic location you’d definitely be eating out. The service in this hotel was amazing and the staff were all friendly and welcoming - great with local knowledge and plenty of recommendations. Ciaron (Duty Manager), Angel & Alex were all great. Definitely would recommend staying here.

The hotel is centrally located and the rooms are well furnished to the usual Premier Inn standard. However the first day they didn’t clean our room or replace towels and we were told at reception that you have to request that. We requested it for the day after and it didn’t happen either. The reception said the room cleaning cannot be guaranteed. After another complaint it was done on the third day. I think management doesn’t have the resources to have daily room cleaning as the staff seemed to be doing their best. From then on it was a daily struggle to have to the room cleaned. We only took breakfast on the first day as there were many items missing in the buffet breakfast description for 11.95euros such as pancakes and scrambled eggs. When we asked they told us those finish early by 8.30am and don’t last for the duration of the breakfast. It was a bit of a let down for the room cleaning and breakfast.

Booked with another couple - NOTE the hotel is hard to find and the entrance is next to a noodle shop! I would recommend the hotel gets better signage as we weren’t the only ones who couldn’t find it after speaking to a lot of other guests in the hotel.

Does what it says on the tin - for all the other reviews moaning their room wasn’t serviced please note to yourselves that COVID still has an effect on the hospitality sector. That would be the only negative of our visit but we understand what the industry is going through. Any extras we needed we just took from the housekeeping trolley or asked the cleaner Unfortunately people don’t want to work in the industry at the moment which is in every hospitality sector so businesses like this generally are struggling for team. If you look everywhere round Dublin you see staff wanted signs. So have patience and be kind!!

Room was clean and team friendly. We had breakfast one morning all the team were friendly, it was a hot buffet the food held temperature and for all you can eat for 11.50 including drinks you can’t go wrong. Eating out would cost you 16 euro for breakfast and a drink so it’s definitely value for money.

We thought the room would be noisy but the windows blocked out the noise again my only negative is the air con doesn’t go lower than 19 because you can’t open the windows would be better if it goes lower still the temperature was fine.

Overall good location , clean room and friendly team - what more could you possibly want ? If you’re looking for a comfy central stay this is the perfect location!

Massive shout out to the blonde manager with glasses who recommend the Guinness brewed larger which is popular we drank it all weekend!

A great location for exploring Dublin. Unfortunately, this (relatively) new hotel did not meet the standards of previous Premier Inn stays. The room clearly hadn't been vacuumed (there were plastic clothing tags on the floor, an old dried contact lens -yuk! and fluff on the floor). The pillows were lumpy. Housekeeping didn't clean the room during a 3 night stay which we were informed about so it wasn't expected. However, there was no toilet paper and when we asked for some (on our way out in the morning) we were told by a staff member that they would give it to us and we could fill it up ourselves. We reiterated we were on our way out but when we returned 7 hours later, still no toilet paper so we had to go to reception and fetch it ourselves. In other Premier Inns I have always found staff (from front of house to house keeping) to be very friendly and cheerful - not so with this branch.
Breakfast was tasty but frequently ran out of items and very slow to replenish. However, the staff were always really busy running around and not standing idle so I would suggest more staff are needed in this hotel. The staff are probably paid minimum wage so do the best they can with the limited staff on duty. More staff would enable rooms to be cleaned properly, breakfast to be replenished (and dirty plates etc cleared away in a timely manner) and might improve the general demeanor of the staff who obviously work very hard for minimum wage. On the plus side, the shower has great pressure.

Recently stayed here. Unfortunately as the reception area is the floor below the entrance there is no interaction with staff and apart from having to get more towels and mention the air con not working we didn’t see a staff member between checking in and checking out. The room was unbearably hot due to the air con not working so be warned if you are going in the summer. Windows do not open, it gets very hot in the rooms. Staff were friendly enough but on the last day, having asked what number and where to catch the bus to the airport no one bothered to tell us that you need coins to pay on the bus, would have been handy to know. Not quite sure why a twin room has to be a double bed and a sofa bed? A sofa bed is not great for sleeping on for too many nights. Might be ok for a child but not an adult. Generally it was ok but considering its new there are certain things that would improve the experience of staying there

The hotel is right on the centre of Dublin, which makes it a very convenient location to walk to everything and need the bare minimum of public transport use.

The staff was friendly and tried to be as helpful as possible.

The restaurant offered limited but tasty food. The only problem was that it was closed for both Christmas Eve and Day, which we found quite unacceptable, since both of these days almost everything else in the entire city is closed, and anything open is just for takeaway, therefore hotel restaurants are supposed to be the only place where someone can get Christmas dinner and some alcohol (illegal to sell even beer on Christmas day). The bigger problem was that they told us that the restaurant would be open and made as a reservation and, the night before, when we went to confirm our reservation, they told us that the restaurant would be closed, so we had no other plans and ended up picking takeaway.

I would recommend this hotel, just not if visiting Dublin on Christmas.

The hotel is at the centre of the city about 4-5 mins walk from Grafton St and St Stephens Green.
We found it very quiet at night and had no problems with noise from inside or outside of the hotel.
The hotel is new and the quality of the room, bed and and bathroom fittings made the stay an effortless pleasure. The staff were helpful and the possibility to cancel was helpful in these interesting times.

I stayed for 2 nights in this hotel which had only been open for 2 weeks so everything was very new and clean. The room was large and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, the beds were really comfy and everything was spotless. The staff were really friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. We found the price was excellent and offered great value for money. The location was just right for us, close to lots of shops, bars and restaurants and only 7 minutes to Temple Bar. Overall we had an excellent stay and would definitely recommend and stay here again.

This hotel is in an excellent location within walking distance of many of the sights of Dublin and the Temple Bar area. It was perhaps in a safer area in my opinion. The check in/out went well, price was reasonable and the staff was friendly and helpful. One thing to know is that the internet connection after check in times seem almost non-existent, but gets better after a couple of hours. We always thought that was to encourage you to upgrade your internet connection. :-) You can eat breakfast there, but it wasn't too hard to get breakfast nearby. The rooms we were in were like new. One concern if you are older (and it might be typical of hotels in Europe) is that the tub was very deep. It was a big step coming out of the shower/tub and you might find it difficult if you have knee problems, older, etc. From the airport, you can take a taxi, but we found the the Dublin Express to Wellington Quay was a very inexpensive, timely and good option (not to mention it was a newer Mercedes bus). You will have a 10 minute or so walk with your luggage, but it only cost 21.50 euros for 3 people. We would stay there a again.

Similar to City Centre Premier Inns, I have stayed in before. Entry through a door to small lobby, lift down to reception/bar/ restaurant and up to bedrooms, nothing on the floor you enter on.
Receptionist was really friendly and informative, check-in smooth.
Slightly larger than normal size room, with all the standard amenities, that Premier Inn offer, slept well, no noise and plenty of hot water for my shower.
I always find the breakfasts good value, plentiful, varied and decent quality. Well located with plenty of what Dublin has to offer being walkable.
Would have no issue with staying here again.
