I am not sure but I do know one thing for sure is that the disabled lift which has been put in place of a perfect ramp. The lift has been out of order for a considerable length of time not days not weeks but months its unacceptable for me for me as a disabled gest of the hotel very regularly.. I've had the inconvenience of having to find a different hotel on short notice. I am a full time wheelchair user I find it extremely frustrating and disappointing and difficult to have to find and arrange a different hotel and also find a wheelchair accessible room to stay in for my visit it's unacceptable. I won't be booking and paying in advance to secure the room booking again in the future. For this to keep happing and have the added unnecessary for having to send emails after emails to the manager of the hotel who mite I add is extremely unhelpful and rude and no way reasonably to my situation. It's a absolute discrase. For a manger to behave in the way he does its exactly unprofessional of him. He's a manager he's is supposed to set a good example to the staff not a body example as he continues t do so.
