Stayed as a couple enroute to Inverness. Situated in the village of Luncarty approximately 5 miles north of Perth. Ordieview B & B feels very homely. Bed very comfy and ensures a good nights sleep. En-suite shower room. Our room had a lovely view of the gardens. Large driveway for off road parking. Cooked breakfast in the sunny conservatory was simply superb with porridge, cereals, yogurts, fresh fruit and toast also available. Would definitely recommend Ordieview B & B in Luncarty without hesitation.

We've stayed here for a long weekend every July for the last 8 or 9 years, and seriously can't fault it! From the second we arrive, our lovely host Irene makes us feel right at home - nothing is too much trouble, and it feels more like visiting family as the years roll by. I always book us into the same room which is spacious, spotlessly clean, and has everything we could possibly want/need. The bed is the most comfortable I've slept in away from home, and the bathroom is huge and full of those little touches that you just don't get when staying in a chain hotel. And what can I say about the breakfast...just amazing! Irene cooks the best Scottish breakfast EVER (the black pudding is to die for!), and there's a huge choice of cereal, fresh fruit and yoghurt, juices, fresh toast, and as much tea and coffee as you want. You get to enjoy it in the huge conservatory looking out over the lovely garden and Scottish countryside, and there's an outdoor seating area to eat al fresco if the weather allows it. I honestly can't recommend Ordieview enough, it's a hidden gem, as is the host Irene! Can't wait for our visit next year.

Great location close to A9 and Perth. Property is situated in large private grounds and the owner Irene provides a very warm welcome. The rooms are spacious, bed was very comfortable and we have never seen a cleaner shower. Breakfast was terrific. Highly recommended.

We stayed for 1 night (for this time), very welcoming, easy to find and also near A9 just outside Luncarty. Spotlessly clean, fluffy towels, good bed and superb breakfast in a sunny conservatory. Our hostessing couldn't have made this short stay any better, thank you very much! We hope to be back soon to explore more

Upon arrival, Irene greeted us, she welcomed us into her B&b where we were shown to our rooms straightaway, we settled in in no time, when I walked into my room, it was amazing, the bed was huge, there was a large ensuite bathroom with everything you could possibly need, it was comfortable, I felt very much at home, the breakfast was fantastic, Irene was amazing! I would love to stay here again, it was the perfect stay for our journey to Inverness, it is just off the A9! Thank you very much
