A very very nice B&B, Very clean and Rob and Glenda are very friendly. They went out of their way to make sure that we had the "best Breakfast" and the Black Pudding is to die for ! If you are looking for a B&B in Perth this is the place !

Lovely clean comfortable place, Glenda and Rob are very welcoming. Great breakfasts. In a good location, only about 10-15 mins walk from City Centre. If you are arriving by bus into Broxden P&R you can get the no 7 bus right to Strathmore Street. Kinnoull Hill and woodland walks also close by.

Perth was our pitstop during our 7-day Scotland trip. We stayed here for one night. It was very comfortable and pleasant. We got all the help we needed and they always tried their best to accommodate our needs. If I ever make it back to Perth, I'd stay here again.

I received a warm welcome from the host, who showed me where everything was. My room was so homely. Double bed, en-suite, you can hear the traffic very slightly. But didn’t stop me from having a good nights sleep. There is a good choice of breakfast on the whole it’s a great place to stay. About half a mile to the city also on a bus route. I would book to stay again.

Lovely stay, breakfast good choice on offer. Very clean room ,slept in room 6 ground floor and expected to hear guest coming and going but was quiet. The bed mattress was a bit too firm for me but that's my personal opinion. Friendly hosts . Short walk into centre of perth.

On arrival the owner directed us to our room (9) on the first floor. The room had tea making facilities, tv and ensuite. Room was clean. Very little sleep due to the busy road directly outside, in fact the room shook when a large vehicle passed. Breakfast was ok, cooked Scottish with haggis etc. We heard the owner ask another guest how his stay was but he never asked us, even at checkout when he informed us that he had already taken payment from the card used to book. We have always in the past paid on departure so found this a little rude. We wondered if he never asked about the stay because of the room we where in. Wouldn't stay here again due to noise. There was cheaper accommodation available elsewhere but we paid a bit extra to stay here, how they can expect anyone to sleep in the front facing bedrooms is beyond me. It really lets it down.

Room 7, superior double was excellent. Comfortable bed. Quiet location at night. Easy to get to - particularly from North! Good breakfast. Friendly staff. Bedroom and bathroom clean, good shower. Convenient for city centre which is a short walk away. No complaints at all!

This place is 10 mins walk from town centre, very clean and tidy and staff friendly. Our room (twin on first floor, room 8, I think) was nice but had a tiny bathroom with barely enough space to turn round in, and the sink was in the corner of the bedroom. Not a problem for us but some may struggle. As our room was on the first floor at the front of the building there was a little traffic noise (which we expected) however whenever a large truck passed the floorboards shook! This meant that the beds also shook, so we both were woken a few times. The thing that made up for this was the fantastic breakfast next morning. I had a full Scottish breakfast, trying haggis for the first time. My friend had the veggie equivalent which was also very good. Would have scored higher if room had bigger bathroom and room didn't vibrate with passing traffic, as this was a lovely B&B.

We stayed one night at this guest house and had a lovely welcome. Our room was comfortable with a small shower room, there was plenty of info regarding where to eat in Town that is just 15 minute's walk to the left and over the bridge, there is also a nice walk through the riverside park to the next bridge into Town. Our breakfast was just brilliant. I had the traditional Scottish fare cooked to perfection. There were plenty of breakfast choices and the fruit was fresh as a daisy. Thanks for a great stay.
