Many thanks for taking the time to review your stay. We try to stay competitive with our rates but a lot of the time the market dictates the price. Glad you enjoyed the river view though :)
The best thing about this hotel is it's location, on the river. Very clean but simple. It has a dining room and the food is adequate. I would not stay there again. The people were friendly and nice but did not go the extra step.

Our bathrooms don't have hairdryers - the majority of UK hotels don't have then due to building restrictions. There are hairdryers in the bedrooms, and a lovely big mirror there too. Hope that answers all your questions... More

Hi Colin
We do not have a lift but we have several ground floor rooms. Also, we'd be more than happy to help you with your luggage if necessary.
