Caroline in reception was lovely to talk to and made me feel very welcome. We called to let her know we would be arriving in the early morning, and she assured us that we would be welcome at any time.
Excellent accommodation. Very clean and fresh. Room modern and has everything you need. Location is excellent, plenty of parking. On - site restaurant if needed. Price was very good - this does vary depending on availability and booking date.
The hotel was immaculately clean in all public areas as well as our room which was perfect with high threadcount bedding, comfortable bed and lovely clean bathroom. All the staff we met were very friendly and welcoming. Everyone had a smile for us. The hotel was decorated to such a high standard that I thought it had to be new. I can thoroughly recommend this hotel for holidaymakers and travelling workers alike. You won't be disappointed.
I stayed for at the hotel Mon-Fri whilst working in nearby Methil. On arrival, I was greeted by Leanne on the reception who was able to answer a number of queries and also arranged a taxi to pick me up in the morning. The taxi arrived early and I asked the waiter to cancel my breakfast order and went back to my room. As I walked out to the taxi, the chap came out with a packet of sandwiches for me. A nice touch, I thought. There was a good selection for the evening meal: standard pub grub, but extremely good value. Again, the service was prompt and extremely helpful, both in the restaurant and at the bar. When it was time to leave, the reception took the time to advise on the transport options to the airport and looked after my luggage whilst I waited for the taxi, Finally, as I was about to leave, one of the cleaning staff ran out with something I had left behind. A fabulous team giving a world class service. I would thoroughly recommend to anyone staying in the area on business.…
A group of us were booked in here for 2 nights, the rooms were fine and of usual style Premier Inn rooms. The restaurant next door was certainly big enough to cope with the number of guests plus cater for people who are not resident. However on our weekend booked in here it did not fare well. We went for dinner on the first night placed our order and an hour later we were still waiting. The starters eventually came and then we waited some more, when the mains arrived 2 of them were cold. We were told that the kitchen staff were short handed and were struggling to cope etc. My response was, if your short staffed then why are you catering for non residents? The second night was just as bad, starter was missed off the order and when the mains came mine was missing. I contacted a young girl who went to look for my meal. Never came back! Eventually I got my order when everyone else had finished. Breakfast next day, no hash browns and no eggs and a young girl behind the counter who was too engrossed on facebook on her phone. Yes be here soon. . I did contact Whitbread who were totally indifferent to my complaint as I hadn't booked the rooms.…
Great base while visiting family in neighbouring town. Fit our family of 4 perfectly for 2 nights. Polite staff, next door to breakfast which was typical of a chain breakfast, some good items some bad items. Our only issue was the bath leaked we reported it to reception who said they would fix it but they hadn't and it leaked again the following morning.
Really friendly and helpful staff. They quickly helped out with a request for our room and would make a point of greeting us as we passed by reception. Room was clean and quiet overnight. Enjoyed the breakfast buffet choices.
Really friendly and helpful staff. Huge family room. The beds were extremely comfortable. Everything was clean and the room had all the facilities a family needs. The restaurant next door had a small soft play area for young kids which was brilliant.
The window opens in the hotel room. There are lots of things that enable a comfortable stay such as drinks, hair dryer and extra blanket. David was very helpful by printing off a small document that was required. He was very chatty and nice towards me and I appreciated the help. A very nice breakfast as well. Thank you Premier Inn.
Just a one night stay as i was in the area for a work related course. Plenty of car park space, rooms are nice and clean in the usual Premier Inn layout. Reception & check in was simple and efficient, i ate at the attached brewers fayre for dinner and breakfast - everything was great! Would stay here again.
