Spotlessly clean, great location. Remember Edinburgh is quite hilly and this hotel is at the bottom of a steep one. If you struggle with walking stay at the one on Rose St which is equally as good. Would highly recommend.

There is a Premier next door but I've no idea about breakfast. We paid £5 in the hub for a choice of cheese toastie/ bacon sandwich/bagel/ toast/porridge+ a coffee of your choice or tea+ a fruit pot. We got a return bus... More
