Accessible room far away from reception, room quite small & general hotel was a bit shabby although clean, not up to usual Premier Inn standard. With someone with mobility issues it would have been a long way to walk to room.

Worst stay at a Premier Inn Hotel. Arrived at 3pm to be told room wasn’t ready. Breakfast was shambolic. No hot food ready, queue out the door. Hardly a staff member in sight. Plates, cups, cutlery, glasses filthy.

Do the TV's in the rooms have accessible input sockets (HDMI) so that we can connect a laptop and games console during our stay?
Sorry but I don’t know.

What’s the best way to get here from the airport please? Ideally like to use public transport if it’s practical
There is a very good bus website for Edinburgh that I used. You may have to get bus from airport to bus station in city centre and change to bus for Leith. It stops outside the hotel.

Staying here for 5 nights soon- what are the best rooms to ask for please? A few of the reviews mention rooms overlooking the water? Are these the quietest? TIA
Well its a premier inn and the rooms are pretty much of a muchness. There are some towards the back of the hotel on 2nd floor that have a view of the sea

Hi we're staying here next weekend and looking for recommendations on night activities bars and restaurants it's my daughter's 21st so wanting some good bars thank you
There's a fair few pubs and restaurants nearby. Loch Fyn right near the prem inn if you head into the center of Leith there is Teuchers Landing which is a pub with decent food and good drink selection, Martin Wishart, Kingswalk pub and the Shore all in walking distance and well as an Indian near Ocean terminal. There's also a Pizza Express around in Leith near the Kingswalk from memory. Teuchers Landing was still serving pints at 12 on Wednesday when we went in January so I imagine they will keep on serving to till fairly late at weekends. The malt and hops is also a nice pub but a few mins in the other direction. Also plenty of food places and bars on Leith walk about 10-15 mins away. Or get a 21 bus into town and the city has loads of places. Leith is much cheaper to drink in than the city
