Had a wonderful stay of 9 nights in this B&B while on a business trip to Montrose. Next level hospitality, very clean accomodation. Ishbel is very friendly and I'm already missing lovely breakfasts she packed for me every morning. Those quiches and overnight oats were delicious!

A colleague and myself had the privilege of staying at the Greenbank B&B during an essential workers trip to Montrose. Beyond the quality and comfort of the accommodations (warm and comfy beds, modern and clean bathrooms, nice neighbourhood), the service provided by Ishbel both upon arrival and throughout our 2 night stay completely surpassed any expectation of what I perceived to be hospitable hosting. If you are passing through Montrose or anywhere nearby, it is worth the trip to come and stay here; if only for the phenomenal home-cooked scran! I highly recommend this B&B to anyone and I am looking forward to return once everything is open. P.S. Ishbel, if you are reading this, the banoffee pie was incredible!

My first stay in the B&B and it won’t be my last. Lovely, comfortable, immaculate and very friendly. The owners were very flexible, accommodating and considerate to my shift patterns. I highly recommend a stay here.

I stayed here with work, the owner ishbel was really friendly and couldnt do enough throughout my stay. She was able to advise the best places to Eat nearby and where to avoid. I stayed in the upstairs guest room with large shower room and toilet right next door, the beds were comfy and the room had everything I needed. All in all it was a great place to stay for work or holiday a True home from home. I look forward to returning.

Travelled to Montrose for work purposes. Needed to stay for a week, so 4 nights in total. My boss booked the room at Greenbank B&B. I was greeted by Ish who was a very pleasant and knowledgeable lady. She told me about all the restrictions in place due to Covid. She then showed me ti my room which was very pleasant and very very clean with shower room and bathroom just next door. Packed lunches were excellent, and Ish' s homemade cherry cake was delicious. Highly recommended if you're staying or visiting here.
