We stayed for three nights while visiting relatives in Arbroath. Loris is a generous host, able to give helpful information about the local area. The breakfasts were excellent, she focuses on local products. The room was very comfortable. A great location, just a few minutes walk from the High Street. Recommended for anyone looking for BnB accommodation in Arbroath.

We had a great 2 night's stay at the Old Vicarage. The accommodation is excellent with a modern interpretation of a Victorian theme. Our room was lovely and the attention to detail exceptional. Our host, Loris went out of her way to make us feel at home and I must recommend her homemade preserves and loaves at breakfast. You would be hard-pressed to find a better place to stay.

This is a delightful B&B with an excellent breakfast menu. Lots of home made preserves and cake/breads. Loris is a wonderful host, made me an afternoon tea when I arrived and very kindly collected a picture that I'd bought in a gallery (I came by train, so didn't have my car with me). Nothing was too much trouble and we had some interesting conversations - just post-Brexit! I can thoroughly recommend The Old Vicarage

There is nothing negative to say about this place. The house is a large beautiful Victorian, in a quiet location close to restaurants and pubs, the coast, and the historical Abbey. Loris the owner is pleasant and kind, and abundantly resourceful and thoughtful. She prepared fresh breakfast every morning according to our choices, and it exceeded our expectations. Our room was cleaned daily, and replenished with little extras, like cookies and chocolates. She was always concerned that we were happy and comfortable and she made sure we were. Wifi worked well in our room, and the shower in our ensuite had lots of pressure, and steady temperature. Everything was clean and comfortable.
