We stayed on this caravan park recently and although the van was very nice the rest of the amenities leave a lot to be desired . There is so much work going on at the moment with trees being cut down, trenches being dug, roads being laid and big machinery trundling all over that it is certainly not quiet and restfulThere is no onsite shop so you have to drive or walk to get groceries and toiletries etc. There is a very small play park for kids but nothing else for them to do. There is a bar but no restaurant or cafe so again you have to drive to a pub or restaurant in town. There is a limited amount of outdoor seating at the bar but it is really old and tatty so not an inviting outdoor space. There is a laundry available if you need it. All in all this could be a good site but unfortunately there is very little in the way of amenities for holiday makers or residents.

Two years ago my family and I started looking for residential park homes in Scotland, we met with Seaton Estate. We toured their houses and wished we could live in one of their homes or lodges. A few months later we moved to our new home at Seaton Estate. The house is situated in the countryside but within easy reach of the city life. We have been living here for a year now and love every minute of it.

Peaceful location, wonderful interiors and never too far from the sea; something I wanted in a holiday place. They are all about making your stay comfortable in every aspect. Superb holiday Cottage. The welcome gifts for the humans and the dog were very much appreciated. Communication between Christian and I leading up to the stay was fantastic and He was always helpful.
