We have just checked out after 3 nights at seaton estate. We stayed in a lodge and it was absolutely beautiful very modern lovely comfortable sofa and beds plus a beautiful big dinning table for meals. The lodge was pristine and the house keeping staff were lovely even met us at our lodge to greet us (we have stayed at many lodges and have always just been told where to go) the little park was literally outside our lodge so our 7 year old was able to go over on his own while we watched him the lovley balcony area he made friends with some of the other children and absolutely loved his stay. The grounds are beautiful and my son loved the basketball net. We come up this way once a month to visit our son usually we just stay in a hotel but so glad we have found this place we will definitely be staying here in future. Thank you so much for a lovley weekend 👌🏻

I can’t recommend Seaton Estates in Arbroath highly enough, I went with family and had a fantastic time. We stayed in a caravan and it was stunning and also very clean, it had lovely decking with a table and chairs provided and enabled us to enjoy our meals in the sunshine. The staff were also great and very helpful, there’s a play area for children too and a bar and restaurant, they also have a lot of entertainment on plus bingo nights too. It was such a great place and I’ll certainly go back, I couldn’t fault it.

Amazing place to stay, lovely and clean thanks to Helen the cleaner. Isobel is so helpful and the staff were all incredible including Krystian who we booked through. I will absolutely be returning here in the future the homes are spacious and very comfortable. With so many places nearby overcharging as the 150th Open golf was on this place offer a superb experience at an excellent rate. Fantastic stay did not want to leave.

Excellent caravan experience. Upon arrival I was met by a very friendly young manager who took me across to my accommodation and explained how everything worked (cooker, grill, heating,TV ect). The caravan was like new and spotless! Very quiet on site which meant I got the best sleep I've had in a long time. Travelled for work this time but booked a week in summer for a little break.

Our family of 6 people stayed at Seaton Estate Residential Homes. Their properties are beautiful and the perfect location to stay. Their website stated they offered residential park homes and lodges so we went for the residential homes. My parents love the view and the breathtaking. We really enjoy living here.

Friendliest place I think we have visited in Scotland from arrival to departure the staff couldn’t have been nicer if they tried thanks to Sheena, Sharon and Isabel. The dog friendly caravan we rented was honestly like a brand new one absolutely pristine, hats off to Helen 10/10 for that. Family loved all there was to do in and around the park, will definitely be back
Thanks again to all the staff 👍🏼

Family of 4 - 9 year old and 1.5 year old and we had the such a lovely weekend from the minute we got to reception we felt at home they are very welcoming and the whole weekend the staff couldn't do more from making sure us adult were enjoying ourself to being so nice to the kids and keeping them occupied. Such lovely staff. Our caravan was perfect clean tidy and spacious! Ensuite toilet and seprate toilet shower room. Also has WiFi wich was amazing with a smart TV! Heating was great kept us very cosy. Clean and tidy outside too, play park outside on grass for kids. Entertainment on certain nights and was great too, and not expensive for drinks. We didn't eat in the restaurant but it was busy over the weekend. Arbroath has plenty to do for kids also through the day.

We stayed on this caravan park recently and although the van was very nice the rest of the amenities leave a lot to be desired . There is so much work going on at the moment with trees being cut down, trenches being dug, roads being laid and big machinery trundling all over that it is certainly not quiet and restfulThere is no onsite shop so you have to drive or walk to get groceries and toiletries etc. There is a very small play park for kids but nothing else for them to do. There is a bar but no restaurant or cafe so again you have to drive to a pub or restaurant in town. There is a limited amount of outdoor seating at the bar but it is really old and tatty so not an inviting outdoor space. There is a laundry available if you need it. All in all this could be a good site but unfortunately there is very little in the way of amenities for holiday makers or residents.

Caravan looked lovely outside until we got in & discovered several things dirty. Dirty cutlery, oven tray covered in grease, pot covered in grease & food, oven & grill dirty, microwave stank of curry, fridge stank of garlic, livingroom carpet not hoovered & ripped up paper under coffee table, dog biscuit in overhead cupboard in bedroom.
Took pics & shown manager guy. Offered proseco & £40 voucher for our next visit which will defo not be happening. Only managed 2nyts as music & screaming from caravan a few away at 2am plus beds uncomfortable so we left day early.
