I have been a regular at this hotel for over 8 years. Great staff, food, Guinness and craic. Always my first choice when working or holiday in Belfast. Feels like family. When lockdown hit their first approach to me was to put me up for free to support my business. As essential worker I had lots of water projects to deliver and couldn’t have achieved this without their support. Despite the huge hit to their own business the first thought was to support mine. Truly unbelievable people. In other cities I always move around to different hotels but not in Belfast. Great value rooms and food. Staff are friends and can’t do enough for you. Too many brilliant people to name them all.
Great night away - all kept very socially distant with quick and pleasant room service. Room was lovely. Excellent base for anyone looking to see Belfast. Breakfast was spot on too. Would recommend the champagne Sunday deal
What an amazing place. Got a great offer £120 for a three course meal complimentary drinks on arrival and a breakfast. Food was outstanding, great ambiance about the place. Would definitely recommend this place.
Wonderful chef and staff. Hotel gorgeous. Everytime we come it’s excellent service Chris our waiter was just lovely - real nice guy - very attentive. Paid bill to another nice guy at the end of our yummy meal - Adam. 10/10 for service.
A friend suggested I visit here whilst in Belfast. Benedicts did not disappoint. All the staff we encountered were pleasant, the drinks were well made & although it seemed fairly busy, we didn’t wait too long for anything. We initially stopped by for one drink each as we were going shopping, but stayed for several & don’t regret it!
