Spend the night at Premier Inn Maidenhead Town Centre and you're at the heart of everything this Berkshire town has to offer. Update your wardrobe in The Nicholson Centre or leave the high street behind for a local market. Take the kids to Kidswell Park (it's just over the road from our Maidenhead hotel) and the Maidenhead Heritage Centre. Spending some time alongside the picturesque river Thames is a must. When it's time to call it a day, tuck into dinner at our Thyme restaurant before turning in to one of our new-generation bedrooms, each featuring an impressive 40" flat screen TV, bright, modern bathroom with a large shower head and slumber-inducing, king-size Hypnos bed.

The staff were so lovely, welcoming and friendly - felt very secure and safe. The breakfast experience was easy to book the night before at reception and was very lovely. We stayed for one night and had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay - however there was no on site parking so I had to park my car at the large Sainsbury's multi storey car park that was basically next door. This took a bit of finding to park in the right place - you have to park on Level 7 but we missed the ramp that went further than the 4th floor - so keep going up right to the top to park. Relatively cheap to park overnight. Overall, would recommend and stay again - really good spot to drive into and visit Windsor.

Stayed here for 3 nights whilst going to legoland, which is about 20 minutes away. Perfect location with the high Street including pubs, restaurants, shops and a Sainsbury's minutes away. The staff were amazing and couldn't help us enough, taking their time to chat to my little boy and making the trip even more special

Dinner was disgusting from the presentation to the taste. I wish we ask a refund, to be completely honest, I wouldn’t give those to my dog. Worst food I’ve ever tasted in my life. We didn’t eat it. As it was a room-service we didn’t go downstairs again (room hasn’t got phones you have to go downstairs to order and collect your food or make a complaint ) so because the baby fall asleep we didn’t want to wake her up so we just left it. When we were leaving the reception was busy with someone who was complaining about the last nights dinner unfortunately we didn’t have time to wait so we had to leave and accept the fact we wasted money on this awful food. We ordered 2 adult and 1 kid meals. Reception and breakfast was excellent! Loved it! Parking was close enough with a pushchair (behind the pub) Location was excellent Room was clean a lit a bit cold for us but we had a good night sleep. Unfortunately I didn’t check, the room hasn’t got a mini fridge (I couldn’t keep my baby’s milk fresh this is totally my fault but maybe someone find this information useful.)

We stayed here from Thursday night til Sunday morning in order for us to visit Legoland with my two children, aged 4 & 5 years. We settled into our family room which was perfect, the beds are so so comfy and the air con in the rooms was a god send with the very hot water we got to enjoy!! We had purchased the meal deal option for our stay so enjoyed our first meal and booked timings for our further meals during our stay. It was at dinner on our first night that we met Aga and what a star she is! She explained the meal deal perfectly, engaged with the kids and just made us feel very, very welcome. Her kind manner and friendliness continued over our stay, asking how our trips were to Legoland and even gave us some ideas of what we could do in Windsor on our last day before returning back home. My kids formed such a bond with Aga that my oldest wanted to make her a little figure from Legoland as she said it “looked like Aga!”. The rest of the team were lovely also, all so friendly and happy to help wherever needed. Nothing was a problem which was ideal with two exhausted adults and two hyper kids 😂🤷‍♀️ I’ve now recommended this premier inn in particular to friends for them to go and stay at when they visit Legoland. The hotel is 15-20 minute taxi ride from Legoland, if you use the taxi company phone from the hotel it’ll cost you £15 each way versus £25 from the taxis at the taxi rank 🙄🙈 you need your room key to access the lift and the various floors which was a lovely added security!

I always prefer to stay at a Premier Inn if possible. I know the room will be of a good standard and I love the mattress! This hotel is right in the middle of town and there are many places to get food from. Marks and Spencers food hall is just over the road. The car park at Hines Meadow is a nightmare after a long drive. The satnav direction doesn't tally up with the entrance. After the roundabout, just take the first left. It's not clearly marked as Hines Meadow, but head for Sainsburys. You go up and up the levels, then go across to another building, then cross back across a narrow bridge. As you return to the Sainsburys building, immediately right (its signposted sharp and spiral -it is!) you have to go up to the very top floor to park. There wasn't any charge, thank goodness as there hadn't been a ticket issued) Chris was the host at breakfast, a true joy, he made my day. Continental breakfast was good value for money, but limited to others I've stayed at.
