Nice hotel with quiet, clean rooms, tea and coffee making facilities (even hot chocolate :-)) and really good restaurant. I enjoyed fantastic conference dinner and great breakfast with full choice of breakfast options.

The hotel is right on the campus, and it was so convenient to visit the campus just in 5 minutes. If you have a work at the Aston University, this is "THE" place to stay. Besides, City Center is just a 15 mins walk from the hotel. We even walked to the New Street Station for

I stayed at this hotel for one night in a single room and enjoyed it. The rooms interior was modern and clean, there was enough tea and coffee plus a hot chocolate available for free, the TV had a good choice of channels and the wifi really was high speed, it was possible to

Dear DerHenni Thank you for taking the time to post your informative 5-Star review of Conference Aston and I am pleased to read that you had a comfortable and enjoyable stay with us. You stayed in one of our single bedrooms, which has an en-suite shower rather than the full bathrooms available in our double or twin bedrooms. We are currently investigating various options to improve the soundproofing between bedrooms in the wing you stayed in, and will hopefully be able to address this issue in the near future as part of our ongoing refurbishment programme. Thanks again for your review. Best regards, Graham

Well 2 weeks here for a training course was not something I was looking forward too, however............... the venue changed that to make the duration more palatable. The professionalism of the staff obviously an empowered team was very apparent, nothing was too much trouble

Dear Sparkyscheeky Thank you for your wonderful review of Conference Aston Hotel, along with the enticing photo of one of our desserts. I'm pleased that you enjoyed the food and managed to survive 2-weeks with us. Your positive comments about our staff are really appreciated as we have a great team working hard to deliver the exceptional customer service expected of them. Our chefs do try and provide as much variety as possible when preparing our menus to prevent the duplication of meals for guests staying with us for more than a few days. It's unfortunate that we didn't identify this issue when your colleague was with us as we would certainly have offered some alternatives for dinner. I trust that your course went well and hopefully we will be able to welcome you back when you do the next course. Wishing you everything of the best, Graham

You can get into the hotel and lift but when you get onto the corridors with the rooms on, you can’t get past the door without a key card.

Hi Kate Our Reception is manned 24-Hours a day so late check-in is not a problem. We generally lock the front doors at 11pm. If you arrive and they are locked, press the buzzer by the doors and our Night Receptionist will let you in and check you into the hotel

Hi Redmel You can book parking online on Conference Aston's website. TripAdvisor don't allow web links in Answers so you can search it. Carpark 12 is on the campus and about 2 minutes walk from the venue. You can also download the 'How to get here guide' on the same site. Alternatively you can park in the Millennium Point Car Park which operates a Pay on Exit system and is about a 5-minute walk from Conference Aston. It's located off Jennings Road, B4 7AP Hope that helps. Graham

New street station is about 15-20 minute walk away and there are regular trains from there. Not sure about the prices. There buses that go to the airport as well. if you catcha private hire. it would be aroubd 15-20.
