Having read previous reviews, I had a fair idea what to expect as the hotel location is close to several late night venues. However, we went with an open mind, feeling confident that with the windows closed we would be OK. Positives: The hotel is a short walk from Birmingham

I stayed here one night for business reasons. My check in was quick and the staff member friendly. My room was lovely and spacious though I had to open the windows to get some air in. The hotel sits in the centre of China Town and is a 5 minute walk to the shopping area.

Does anybody know when the hotel take there payment please
When we stayed the hotel did not take a prepayment. The day before we arrived they checked to make sure the credit card was a real/valid one - but we paid in full when we checked in..

I keep reading about noisy club near the hotel, anybody know name of this club/bar
I think it is Olivia‘s Townhouse. Take care which room you get in the Ibis and the bar won’t disturb you.

how far is hotel from digbeth coach station
Hi, the hotel is only about 5 minutes from Digbeth coach station. It may take a little longer if it's your first visit? I suggest you have a look on Google 'Earth' to see where the hotel is situated in comparison to the hotel. Be aware the roads are very busy and you should obey the traffic lights when walking for safety. Enjoy your visit.
