Hotel great. Shame about the noise from the nightclub underneath the hotel. Hotel in a great location. Reception staff are very friendly and helpful especially Chris. The room was clean and tidy. And cleaned well when requested.

The location of the hotel is perfect for shopping, sightseeing and nightlife. Very friendly staff and the room was great value for money. The car park is less than a ten minute walk away and is expensive for a long stay (£15 for 12 hours) but as the room was so cheap we didn't

Can someone let me know where is best to park? How much is it and can I pre-book?
Hi, we parked in a large car park near Charlotte Street. We paid about £15 for 24 hours parking. You can use an app to do this as well. It is about a 7minute walk from the hotel.

We arrived early and the manager was so lovely that she allowed us early access to our room as we had afternoon tea booked. Ring in advance and speak to the manager - you will find her very helpful
