We stayed for two nights in a standard double, top floor room with duel aspect and fabulous views of the castle. The room, like the rest of the hotel, was very nicely decorated and furnished in traditional style. The bathroom wasn’t huge but was more than adequate. Bed was very

Thank you, great comments, and good feedback, most appreciated by all in the team, we all work hard to ensure that your stay is memorable, and we try our best to deliver the best service with a smile... The House is a grand original Georgian house right in the heart of Ludlow, a few steps front Ludlow Castle front gate, and the main market square, and perfect to explore the town and wonder along thereiver bank... All the rooms are traditional and oldy worldy but full of original charm, and offers great confort... Hopefully you will soon be back and stay longer!

Thank you for your comments which are totally unfair and litigious. As discussed, the event was booked on the terms agreed of a minuimum number guests to attend which was substantially reduced lst minute. Furthermore, the terms agreed required that we would cater for the total number of guests attending the event and the minimum number required. However, you confirmed the number of guests to attend reduced considerably 3 days prior the event, and requested food for 50% of the guests ONLY, which would geopardise our reputation and quality of service we aim to provide. In this instance, we felt that the number catered for is not suitable and would damage our reputation as guests would feel that the food supplied would be insufficient. The Hotel provides excellent service, and we deliver quality and professionalism on a daily basis, and in this instance, the event would have been of poor quality and below our standards of service, and the event was cancelled by the manager, and we certainly do NOT respond to rudeness or verbal abuse whatever the circunstances. In any event, we cater for the number of guests attending, NOT for 50% of the guests (Hoping to feed all the guests on a cheap budget and only paying for half of them!!!???) We made the right decision. We refunded your £50.00 deposit. Best regards F METZO Manager

is there safe car-parking ?
Yes. There's a fairly large gravel car park in the hotel walled grounds accessed through gates from the road. Gates aren't shut at night as far as I know but it seems perfectly secure
