Yes, the hotel has been completely refurbished - all the rooms have the new kingsize beds and furniture. It also has now a fantastic new lift - please don't worry about a previous post of mine regarding inconvenience caused by having no lift for a lengthy period in that hotel. It really is a very nice place to stay and beautifully located by the Nottingham canal, easily accessible both by car (definitely, including car park with new gate and ticketing system) and train (in walking distance from the station... at least hope so after the recent arson attack on the recently fully refurbished train station). This hotel comes highly recommended and I'm pretty sure to revisit again in future.
