Room was spotlessly clean and well lit. The bed was very comfortable and the got an excellent nights sleep. Friendly, helpful staff. This is way better than many local "premium" hotels. Good value overall and I would happily use it again.

Stayed for a couple of nights with family in two rooms. As always news were so comfy especially after a 12 mile hike around the London sites. Staff were so friendly and approachable. Great location for Covent Garden and Oxford Street. Plenty of restaurants around...More

Great location (walking distance to Covent Garden). Nice, clean hotel with friendly staff. I stayed in room 222 which was very quiet and away from the lift etc. Didn't eat there as had other arrangements.

Hello, 2 children without problem after 3 I do not know the policy of the house but there are really big rooms so maybe they can add a 3rd extra bed best regards sophie
