Had a great evening meal, comfortable nights sleep and a good breakfast. Parking was easy in the carpark opposite and was very reasonable with getting the ticket validated at the hotel. Very comfortable bed, I was given the accessible room as it was the only one available, and was impressed by the facilties and the amount of space which would make it easier for those in a wheelchair. Just a good, quiet and comfortable stay which I have learned to expect from a premier inn. Thank you!

Stay in this Premier Inn often when we go to visit our family who live close by. This is only our second visit since Covid hit but all seems well. I was very impressed this time that after phoning the hotel directly a few days before our trip we were able to change to an accessible room with a wetroom shower. There were no additional charges. I had broken a bone in my foot a couple of weeks before and did not want to be hobbling on crutches down a long lengthy corridor to our room or going up the lift to other floors. It was no trouble at all to be switched to the room - the member of staff was sympathetic. The room itself was clean and tidy - however, it is in need of a refurbishment somewhat, especially in the bathroom. It seems to smell of damp all the time (perhaps because it is a wetroom?) and we could hear water running behind the toilet cistern. Not sure if it was a water cylinder or what but we couldn't visibly see any leak. We ate breakfast on one morning and this was great - they have gone back to semi buffet style where you get your own cereal and fruit etc but the cooked breakfast is served directly to you once you have chosen what you would like. Overall, another good stay albeit just a bed for the night as out visiting family all the time.

This was our first stay at the Premier inn Wandsworth and we were very pleased. I had booked a Premier Plus room and it was quiet, comfortable and a definite step up from the standard rooms. I didn't find the staff we met as friendly as some reviews have intimated but other than asking a few questions and having to stand at Reception whilst they finished chatting in the office located just off, I didn't really have much interaction. The location of the hotel for what we required was excellent and there are loads of shops, supermarkets in the immediate area and a great pub 'The 'Spread Eagle' literally around the corner. Check in was efficient and the Premier Plus room was worth the money having a few extras such as a fridge, coffee machine, upgraded bathroom products etc. It was also very spacious and felt more like a quality Hilton than the usual Premier Inn room. The only irritation was on the final morning of our stay with check out at 12 noon and the 'Do Not Disturb' sign on the door, when we were bothered for them to clean the room and on the second interruption, someone even opened the door and tried to walk in! In summary, a very nice hotel in a great location, with quality Premier Plus rooms and for London hotel prices, reasonable. For our next visit to the area I would stay here again without hesitation if they had an upgraded room available but I will also check out the prices of the 16 rooms at the 'Spread Eagle Hotel' as that also looks to be a quality place with a characterful bar and boutique rooms. You know what you are getting with Premier Inn and this hotel didn't disappoint.

This Premier Inn is very convenient for our office in Wandsworth, and we use it for when our sales staff from around the globe visit.
This is typical of most Premier Inn hotels, in that it is is fairly basic, but quite adequate and you know that you can expect a clean and comfortable room.
The breakfast is a bit expensive, although pretty good.
All in all, this stay did not dissapoint.

Can someone tell me how to actually get threw to someone in guest relations I reported my room on the morning after arriving as I had to travel to a London hospital as soon as I arrived . Myself and my husband had to sleep on top of the bed which had the previous guest dried up fruit still in the bed. The receptionist agreed the next morning about the state of our room and asked the housekeeping to attend to it this was around 11am ,When we arrived back to the hotel at around 5.30 that evening my husband had to go back down to reception and demand it be cleaned , the hallways leading to our room was flithy and honestly if I had a place to stay elsewhere I would have left , I have emailed them on numerous occasions and the first email is dated the 11 of November and I just keep getting a guest relation reply which is absolutely rubbish iv tried calling all the numbers to be put on hold for 1 hour before the call cuts of and calling from ireland is an extra expense would anyone have a number that I can actually speak to a person other than hold the line for an hour with noone answering they have a clean room policy and sleep policy I wonder what kind of policy covers dried up dates and dirty wrappers under the bed comes under

Air conditioning not working, it would come on and a few minutes later it would go off, with a baby a toddler and a 5 year old, air con was needed as the weather was quite hot.
Reported this to reception as we spent a very uncomfortable night, the managers response was "call before arriving to make sure the air conditioning is working". The premier inn website clearly says they have air con, travelodge was closer to Heathrow Airport where we were flying from and almost half the price but we picked premier inn for the air con. We paid over £320 and I really expected a better service, finally we were put into another room on a different floor, that's 3 kids and 5 suitcases to drag around after a sleepless night. To top it off, the manager's facial expressions along with her assistant conveyed the message that we were a burden on them.
Absolutely disgusted and dissatisfied with this experience, I really could've saved money and stayed at a travelodge but here we go.

This hotel is brilliantly placed for West London and buses to Central London. Supermarket next door eateries and cinema in precinct over the road, easy walk to the River. Superb. Car parking in NCP subsidised to reasonable amount.

I had the best time at Premier Inn, Wandsworth. As a wheelchair user I'm always mindful of the hotels I stay in and their accessibility. I was provided with expert support by Irfan, Decha and Catain to show me both accessible room types and select the room that was best for my needs.

The room itself was large with a lovely accessible bath with many handrails and a security cord. After a soothing bath I rested in the exceedingly comfortable Hypnos bed and couldn't help but feel like a prince.

After a good rest I was treated to a delicious unlimited breakfast including American style pancakes. Next time, the challenge will be to eat more!

The magic in this trip came from how cohesive the team is. They work together well and have a laugh as they do it. You can see the pleasure they take in their work and as such, the quality shines through. I was very impressed, so much so that I've already booked my next trip!

Room 224 just came back from staying at this hotel. The staff are amazing especially
Patricia & Irfan. We were looked after really well. Also housekeeping and the restaurant staff also the breakfast Chef who cooked me a fresh egg every morning. Room was cleaned daily. We are returning on Sunday October 9th for 3 days.
Just a well run establishment.

About a 5 minute drive from ALRA on a Saturday morning, with easy car parking in an NCP just 5 minutes walk away (attached to Waitrose).

The hotel validated my overnight parking which meant I was only charged £6. A Big bonus for London.
The hotel is a street away from the ULEZ zone, so I would recommend that you pay the charge if driving, because it’s very easy to take a wrong turn into the zone and get fined.

The hotel itself is clean and is close to restaurants and parks. Not the best Premier Inn that I’ve stayed at, the breakfast was a little limited. But all in all considering the location, I would always stay here for very easy access to ALRA.

The nearest tube, for access to Central London, is East Putney a pleasant 15 minute walk away.
