I use Hilton Tower Bridge for regular business meetings. The business center is very convenient and extremely well run. The location is great being just on the edge of the city of London but also an easy ride on the tube from Canary wharf which is important for our clients. The staff are great. Giovanna especially, is fantastic and makes every effort to accommodate any request we ask of her. We have meeting rooms in our office but for important client meetings I always use the meeting rooms at the Hilton and this is largely due to the level of service we receive which makes a difference to us and our clients.

either my husband or I are a big fan of hotels but this one was excellent. The check in was quick and the digital key was a brilliant new feature for us. The staff were very helpful when letting us store our bags until the room was ready, when I requested soya milk for the room so I could have a cup of tea, when ordering us a taxi and at checkout. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. There were plug sockets near the bed which doesn't always happen - for somebody who needs a CPAP machine this is avery important point. We will definitely stay here again when we are next in London.

Firstly the good: super location, handy for walking distance to the Tower and Tower Bridge, the Shard, Borough Market and all public transport links. Our room was spotless, superbly clean bedding , fluffy towels and the bed gave a comfortable nights sleep. The room itself is standard Hilton inoffensive neutrality.
Why we wouldn’t stay again - paying for Wifi (except in the lobby) belongs to the last century and is freely available elsewhere. No in room coffee maker, instant granule sachets don’t cut it in the present day either.
Staffing seemed to be thin on the ground as well, always a wait at reception, perhaps they are staffing according to occupancy levels? If so, it shows and it shouldn’t.
Mainly the breakfast offerings - I know they are limited due to Covid but no effort is made to ensure the bagged in-room breakfast is suitable for a 4* hotel. Lukewarm egg/bacon muffin, pastries or a granola thing ready mixed with honey and yoghurt. Coffee was lukewarm and tasteless, the juice was ok and only the fruit did not disappoint. It felt very cheap. I prefer fresh fruit, yoghurt (choice of), boiled eggs and cereal or toast in a morning, these things could be supplied giving the paying customer a better option for a hotel of this reputation.
We are likely to return to London but will research the hotel a lot better next time

In this time of Covid I'm always cautious about hotel stays; like all Hilton hotel’s everything is in place for the safety of guests. (Clean Stay. full information on the Hilton site) This excellent hotel is located less the two minutes walk from London Bridge Station the hotel has beautifully appointed rooms well equipped with A/C, TV, tea & coffee facilities, with either bath or shower etc. Upon arrival I received a warm welcome at the check in. Sadly things were not quite as I would expect in terms of my room allocation, and unlike previous stays at other Hilton hotels things were not as I have come to expect from Hilton as a diamond member. However the problems were soon resolved by Csinlla at reception. Whilst the executive lounge is closed because of Covid the hotel is offering two complimentary drinks in the bar in the evening. (Table service) There is a good menu available although limited by Covid it is reasonably priced and has a variety of dishes to suite everyone. Just to add the service provided in the evening of my stay was very good. A full breakfast is available, but because of Covid you need to pre book a time slot. I had chosen an early slot i.e. 7am sadly the staff were quite ready for guests, and I noticed some other guests left before their breakfast was served. The quality of the breakfast was average although there was plenty of it, sadly the fruit cocktail was mostly apple in orange juice, I had ordered an omelette with some toast, the omelette came, but the toast did not until after I had finished the omelette.

Stayed here weekend late September with some friends celebrating a special anniversary. The staff could not do enough for us all, they were so friendly at reception. housekeeping, bar and restaurant staff were all amazing. they gave our friends a lovely room with a view and added special touches too. all our rooms were spacious, exceptionally clean and it was great to have a both and walk in shower with lashings of hot water at any time of the day/ night. The beds were comfortable and housekeeping would bring extra towels or tea/ milk/ water etc if requested even late into the evening. Breakfast was such great value at £10 each and there was an amazing array of healthy options, juices, cooked and the pastries were to die for so do leave room!. The position was perfect as it was easy to walk along the river or across Tower bridge so well placed for all attractions or just a stroll. So close to London Bridge underground too making access very easy. This is clearly the best London hotel we have ever stayed in and we will certainly be back. We could not fault anything, plus the views over London and of course The Shard are amazing. Thank you to all staff for making us so welcome and our stay so stress free and memorable.

We have never stayed in a Hilton hotel before this trip. And from start to finish our expectations were exceeded beyond anything we ever imagined. We had emailed in regards to special requests within our trip and the front team went above and beyond to make our 2 night stay special. I had spoken to Irina prior to our arrival in regards to my medical needs and she assured me that the hotel would be understanding and they completely were! The hotel room was beautiful with a view that overlooked the Shard, comfy bed, coffee machine and a kettle, the shower was to die for with the most incredible water pressure. The hotel was close to everything we needed, with a little tescos next to it to fill up your mini bar with snacks to eat after a long day sightseeing.

I have my birthday in September and I’m looking forward to booking another long weekend here, thank you Hilton for making our stay so amazing💗

We stayed at the Hilton London Tower Bridge for 4 nights on our recent trip to London for holiday. The hotel is in a great location, just down the road from the London Bridge rail and Underground stations, so getting around town was very easy. There are several grocery stores, pubs, restaurants and attractions within walking distance as well, so it’s very convenient to get what you need.
Never having been here, we didn’t know what to expect. The lady at the front desk, Dina, was truly wonderful in how she treated us. She went the extra mile to make us feel welcomed, and it worked. For various reasons, we had to come back and ask her questions multiple times on our first day, and for each one she handled our needs and got us on our way quickly.
The room was very nice, with a comfortable king sized bed and enough room to store our luggage and clothing. The bathroom was good sized as well, with a bathtub/shower combination. The water pressure in the shower was strong, and the bathroom layout was very functional. The room had a mini fridge which was very convenient for us having drinks, etc in the room. There were the standard European plugs, but we had converters so that was fine. If you use a converter, make sure the device you’re plugging in can accept 240v current, otherwise you’ll damage your device (I learned this the hard way a few years back). There was also one US style plug outlet near the table/desk in the room and that was nice because we had a set of hair rollers that couldn’t accept 240v and we were able to use them.
As Diamond Elite members, we had access to the 9th floor outdoor terrace and the executive lounge. The terrace had beautiful views of the Shard and other parts of the London skyline. The lounge was well appointed, with happy hour being from 6-8pm each night. There was a selection of wine, spirits and beer available during this time and it was a nice way to relax before heading out for the evening.
An unexpected surprise was that there was an ice machine on our floor, near the elevators. This was great and very convenient for us (as Americans we use a lot of ice lol).
The breakfast buffet was very good as well, with a good selection of hot items, breads, pastries, cold cuts and the like for a great breakfast each morning.
All in all, we immensely enjoyed our stay at this hotel. All staff we interacted with were very pleasant to speak to and everything we needed got addressed. This hotel is very well run and they truly care about their guests, we can’t wait to come back to London and stay here again.

Not sure but underground links are good - Piccadilly line to Kings Cross and Northern line southbound to London Bridge and Hilton is right outside of the station.

Based on experience, they did for me. I arrived at 12noon, 3 hours before standard check-in time. The room was ready hence it wasn't a problem. I think it all depends on availability on the time of your arrival. Most hotels charge an early arrival fees.

I would email reception to see what is available. Anything that looks out on the Thames is stunning, and you will have a lovely view of the Shard from the rooftop bar. Be sure to visit!
