The Soho Hotel stands out for its exceptional service, with many guests praising the welcoming staff and the helpful concierge. Its prime location is a hit among travelers eager to experience London's vibrant Soho district, yet it offers a tranquil retreat in a quiet alley. The spacious rooms and luxurious decor receive accolades, though some guests suggest a top-floor room for quiet and miss in-room tea facilities. While the ambiance and amenities are generally appreciated, opinions on value for money are mixed, with some questioning affordability.

We had a two night stay this weekend at the hotel for my birthday weekend. From the moment we arrived until our final goodbye, the hotel delivered a faultless service. All of the staff are clearly happy to be of service, friendly, knowledgable and have greater personalities. The hotel is immaculate throughout, not even a scuff mark from a suitcase could be seen on any paintwork. Our room was large, beautifully appointed and housekeeping were always available to ensure we had everything we needed. An evening turn down service too, very rare these days even in upmarket hotels! The bar and restaurant have a lovely vibe and the lounge and library are an oasis of calm. We enjoyed a film in the hotel cinema on Sunday which was really pleasant. The Soho hotel delivers hospitality at the highest level where nothing is missed. It’s a credit to all who work there.

We stayed at the Soho Hotel for a week over Christmas and it was fabulous. The hotel itself is so comfortable and luxurious with large rooms, great bathrooms with tubs and showers and double sinks, and perfect location in the middle of theater, restaurants, shopping, and some of the best museums in the city. The service is excellent from the moment you check in to the restaurant, the housekeeping and the porter. It's also a great hotel for kids. We were traveling with two teenagers and they loved the location and the vibe of the Soho Hotel, as well as the wonderful English breakfasts every morning. We will definitely be back!

Having stayed at Ham Yard previously, we were keen to try some of the other Firmdale venues in London, and booked into the Soho for one night - we were glad we did. the hotel is as stylish as you might expect - the vibrant colour scheme may not be to everyone's taste, but we thought it was great. Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated and with a really comfortable bed and great bathroom. It was also incredibly quiet for such a central location, being on a lane set back from the main thoroughfare. We'll certainly stay again if needing somewhere in the West End (being a fair bit cheaper than Ham Yard). Only minor gripe - cooked breakfast wasn't great, although the cold buffet was.

Fantastic service provided by Marina in the Soho hotel bar on Saturday the 1st of Feb. We were a group of ladies celebrating our friends birthday Marina noticed it was special occasion and arranged a little dessert plate to be delivered to our table although we were only having champagne at the bar. I thought it was very sweet and wanted to thank her for her outstanding service.
Plenty of places in London where they simply wouldn’t bother.

Found in the cozy lobby of the Soho Hotel, we ordered the afternoon tea (photo is the serving for 2) in Refuel and the food was absolutely delectable. The sandwiches were soft, buttery and flavourful, definetely exceeded my expectations! The scones were served warm with the usuals as well as a unique passionfruit jam. My favourite dessert was the moist carrot cake topped with rich, but not too dense, cream cheese. Personally, I was not a fan of the lemon meringue pie as the meringue topping was slightly sickening.

The service was very kind and patient. The decor was quite dim and homey, perfect for a gathering with family. I would definitely recommend (especially because I was extremely excited for afternoon tea in the UK) and its not as expensive as other London counterparts.

Stayed here because we were dining with friends on the outdoor terrace. From the moment we arrived the experience was lovely. Reception was warm and genuine and our room (414) was large, comfortable and very tastefully decorated. I particularly enjoyed the bath with TV and the large comfortable bed. Our lunch on the terrace was extremely good - we were well looked after by the staff and the food was delicious. Breakfast was as delicious as lunch - my pancakes were huge, fluffy and came with crispy bacon and plenty of maple syrup!
The hotel has a lovely guest lounge and a beautiful honest bar. Although we have stayed at the Charlotte Street hotel several times, this was our first visit to the Soho Hotel. I hope it won't be our last as we really enjoyed the stay and would highly recommend.

I had to cancel an overseas NYE trip because of travel restrictions so my partner and I treated ourselves to a staycation instead. I loved our room which was so much bigger than a usual city centre hotel room with huge loft style windows. The design scheme in the bedroom was really bright and colourful - although the bathroom was rather bland and corporate in comparison. The location is slap bang in the middle of Soho so you have your pick of bars and restaurants and shops on your doorstep although that does, of course, mean you get some street noise.

Spent a night at this fantastically located jewel of a hotel in the middle of Soho.
The place is adorned with the most splendid contemporary art . A fantastic space that needs to be discovered if you haven’t already.
5 star luxury an understatement, truly a classy hotel for the swanky elite.
Amazing and friendly staff that can’t do enough for you . The restaurant serves the very best in British and european contemporary food at very modest prices and their bar is where you want to be sipping on their fine cocktails.
I highly recommend you go as you won’t be disappointed.

We loved our stay at the Soho hotel. We chose it because of its location- it’s perfect if you’re going to a performance in Soho. It’s not cheap but it was a wonderful experience and worth the price. The staff were friendly and attentive. I loved the ambiance of the place, the bright colours. We got upgraded to a luxury room, which was spotless, beautiful and spacious, with comfortable armchairs for reading a book. The bathroom was big too with a great shower and a large bathtub, two sinks, a bidet and lovely toiletries. I appreciated a gift from the hotel- a beautifully fragranced candle to take home. When we returned to our room in the evening we found an essential oils fragrant mist spray for us to use before going to bed, which was a luxurious touch. Breakfast was a real treat. So much choice and lots of delicious healthy vegetarian options. My husband had a deep tissue massage at the hotel, which he thoroughly enjoyed and benefitted from. One thing I missed was tea/coffee making facilities in the room. Overall, we were really impressed with the Soho hotel and would love to stay there again.

This is the best hotel experience I have ever had. Our suite, room 500, was simply divine, and the meticulous attention to detail was unbelievable. I couldn't find a single thing wrong with the place, even if I tried. So much work, and I can only applaud the hotel management and all the staff for doing such a superb job. Bravo, bravo, bravo!!!

Hi, 504 is part of the terrace suite. They sometimes use just the bedroom when the whole suite is not sold, then it is called 504. It's a wonderfull room with a fantastic bathroom and a wrap around terrace. I don't think you can prebook just the bedroom.
