I've stayed in many 5 star hotels around the world and have not got 5 star service. This hotel is 4 star but the level of service is definitely 5 star.

Clean Hotel. Very helpful staff. Great views of the docks and watching the planes come into land. Could hardly hear them from the rooms.
Hotel was just a few minutes walk from prince Regent DLR taking approx 20mins to get into central London.

I can. From Heathrow T4 you take the Piccadilly line to Green Park. Change there for the jubilee line (direction Stratford) and go further to Canning Town. Change there for the DLR (to Brickston) and after three stops you gonna arrive at the station prince regent.
From there 5 minutes walk to the hotel.
