Booked this hotel with full breakfast the same day we stayed. Theatre trip with daughter so wanted a good standard, safe B&B - we weren't disappointed. Good proximity to Victoria Palace Theatre - walking distance. Staff all friendly and helpful. Room was small but perfect...More
This was the first negative. I was always out of breath climbing the steep stairs to our room, and I’m quite fit.
A small, clean room and very compact bathroom, working safe, and White Company toiletries, so nothing bad there.
However, a hotel room’s purpose...More
Stayed here for a night before going to ascot for the day. Bedroom very small as was the shower but comfortable and well equipped. Decide to try the pantry for something to eat in the evening big mistake ...... hubby ordered the pie and mash...More
We stayed here only because of the Harry Potter themed rooms. While the kids liked it, we did not. I'm a Harry Potter fan as well but the room was dark and too dungeon like. All it was was a darkly lit room with red...More
We've stayed in this hotel for 4 nights for the last new year's eve. The location was very good, near Victoria Station, good for metro and for buses to and from the airports. It's also in walking distance from Buckingham Palace.

Time spent in Pimlico is a slower-paced affair than most other Central London neighbourhoods. This largely residential area orderly arranged beside the Thames, is a treasure trove of quaint pubs, subtle architectural charms and local boutiques. Here, art lovers thrill at the chance to visit the world class Tate Britain gallery for its collection of British art from the 1500s to the present. For peace and quiet and
some downtime spent along the Thames, Pimlico is highly recommended.

We were there about 2 weeks ago now, they were re-doing the floor on the main level. We did walk where they told us to based off of where the tile was being laid, but it wasn’t disruptive and we didn’t mind. The customer service/check in porters insisted on carrying our bags for us so it’s not like we were trying to get through the new tile with bags; the customer service was amazing. There were no noise issues at all, and it was only during the day.
We stayed in July and it was warm weather most of that week. We were on the top floor so it was the warmest part of the hotel. They provide a standing fan and it was fine. Rarely have the need for air con in UK.
