Stayed at the Bulgari in early December and the service throughout check-in until checkout was fantastic. Staff very friendly and prompt. Rooms are a very good size for London (as one would hope at this price point) but the bathroom and toiletries really impressed. Location ideal in Knightsbridge both for shopping as well as sightseeing nearby.

We stayed for two nights and we received an upgrade. The room and amenities were perfect but the cleanliness no, we found a paur of glasses with whisky behind the courtains and those were from the other persons before us in the room. I think you must clean very well the rooms because any infection (today coronavirus).
The breakfast is supposed to be included and its not, we paid 65 £ for an eggs and fruit.

We celebrate my husbands birthday and we got a cake from the hotel. The service before our arrival and during our stay was very very good.

My home away from home, there is no other hotel in London with the level of care and hospitality for their guests. Concierge and management are the best. Yes, the Bulgari is expensive but the level of service is impeccable making the price worth it. See you next year:)

The Bulgari Hotel is located in an upscale section of London, in the same area as Harrod's. This was our first time staying at this property and we were not disappointed. The hotel was intimate in size with a minimalist vibe. All the staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful. We had a deluxe room that was well appointed with an extremely comfortable bed, luxurious towels, and Bulgari bath products. The only drawback of the hotel is that most rooms do not have a view. Our room looked at a building across the way. Outside of that, the hotel exceeded our exceptions. We did not eat in the hotel however we did order room service and the food was delivered quickly and was of good quality. I look forward to going back to this hotel sometime in the near future.

I come regularly here when I am in London and I always find excellent service and great food. The gym and the pool are also very good and make this hotel unique in London. It’s very expensive, but the quality of the service and of the facilities justifies the price.

This is my third time at this property and it pains me to say it’s not the same as it was years ago. Starting off the driver was late to pick us up at the airport. For the prices the hotel charges this is not acceptable. I had to email and call the hotel to find out where the driver was. The hotel is beautiful, clean and everyone is very nice. I just found the service “ cold” it wasn’t personal. We spent part of our honeymoon at this hotel and the butler made it so special. My husband and I love the Bellinis they used to serve at the hotel and everyday at 4 the butler would send some to our room. Little things are what make a 5 star hotel special and I feel this stay was lacking the details.

We popped in here having always walked past it every time we were in Knightsbridge. First impressions were great - the doorman was super friendly and even allowed us into the bar early as the staff were ready.
Loved the bar area - very in keeping with sophisticated Knightsbridge. The staff were exceptional, so friendly and welcoming. We enquired about Xmas Lunch options and the General Manager, Federico Bonetti of Sette (Italian restaurant within the Hotel) came over and spent some time discussing menus etc with us. Nothing was too much trouble which again was hugely impressive.
We were given fab canapés with our drinks and the overall ambience was superb - very relaxed vibe.
We absolutely enjoyed our first visit here and it will definitely not be our last. We are seriously considering booking Xmas Lunch here now. Special thanks must also go to Ellena Giacoreo for her wonderful customer service and Matteo Vanzi, Manager who again went over and above in making us feel so welcome here.
Loved it and can't wait to visit again soon.

My encounters at the Bulgari London presented a mixture of admiration for the hotel's aesthetics and disappointment in the service and overall experience. While the hotel upholds a certain level of luxury expected from the Bulgari brand, the service failed to leave a lasting impression, hovering around the average mark without ever making me feel particularly valued or special.

Navigating the hotel, especially the area leading to the pool, proved to be less than comfortable. The corridor was excessively warm, a stark contrast to the cool elegance one might anticipate. The ambiance, characterised by dim lighting and an overarching green hue like eww, out of all colours it wasn't even done right, making the journey to the pool less than inviting and I dont know if I went on the wrong day there was no one there and the pool area felt so weird especially because of the colour tone..

Value for money is a critical aspect of any luxury stay, and unfortunately, Bulgari London did not meet my expectations in this regard. The allure of its name and decor could not compensate for the lack of a welcoming, comfortable environment that justifies its price point. My decision to not return is further cemented by the clientele it seems to attract my visits were met by encounters with rude and loud guests, detracting from the peaceful, luxurious experience I sought.

lets not begin with how the rooms looked I got a nice upgrade but the room felt so weird there were things in random places and it wasn't as inviting. people did tell me not to stay at the hotel just use the amenities but I didn't think it would be that bad.

The hotel seems to cater more to those deeply integrated into the Bulgari brand culture, perhaps more interested in showcasing their Bulgari pieces than in the quality of their stay so if you have many pieces do give it a try. As someone who felt conspicuously out of place among this crowd, I would advise potential guests to consider how much they value the Bulgari brand experience when deciding to stay here.

In summary, Bulgari London, despite its elegant facade and association with the esteemed Bulgari brand, falls short in delivering the exceptional service and comfortable ambiance that justify its premium. For those seeking a memorable luxury hotel experience in London, there are other venues where the service and setting might align more closely with expectations of exclusivity and comfort.

I'm no celebrity, but this hotel certainly made me feel like one. There's a luxurious, boutique feel to the Bulgari that's nearly indescribable. Service is impeccable, lobby decor is modern and sleek, while the rooms have a sumptuous, cozy feel that brings on an instant feeling of zen. After a day of travel and meetings, sinking into the pillows on the bed was a dream. The bathrooms are so cool, and while "rain showers" are now the cliché norm, the Bulgari's rain shower reminded me what that is supposed to mean, with an over-sized shower head and tremendous pressure raining down on you. Turn down service leaving a thermos of hot tea and a treat in the room was just icing on the cake.

We are regular clients to the hotel Bar, Restaurant, Cigar Lounge and the Club on lower floor. We usually also sit in the lounge area comfortably for an afternoon coffee or drinks . Today we turned up to be welcomed by one of the most arrogant employee they have ever had, we have said we come often here and we would like to sit in the main lounge area. His response this area only reserved for the clients who are staying at the hotel. Even though the lounge was empty and I have insisted that his colleagues always welcome us there, he was adamant and decided to sit us in a place of his choice.
This is appalling for a 5 stars hotel and for a client that comes often here and bring along with him family members and friends, I find it very unpleasant experience and unwelcomed, and the person who really refused us sitting where we liked should really be removed from being customer facing agent.

Dear Elie Thank you for your feedback following your recent visit. I am most concerned to hear about your experience and firstly wish to offer my apologies to you. During the evening in question we did have three specific tables reserved for in-house guests and I am very sorry if this was not conveyed to you in the manner that it should have been. As a regular visitor, I hope that you will agree that it is our culture to be warm and friendly and I have reached out to you privately to discuss this matter. In the meantime, my apologies again for your disappointment. Yours sincerely Kostas Sfaltos Managing Director Bulgari Hotel London

Hi, Cigar lounge is open for all and there is a lot of cigar options if you want to buy, there is no entrance fee. The only thing is that they don’t allow you to bring cigars from outside to smoke in the lounge. Hope it will help you.

I can't really remember what time we arrived it was after 2pm which is usually the normal time in the UK. You have to check out by 12 noon but you can check out later by two hours or so, with an extra charge (if there isn't too much of a demand for your room). You can always drop your luggage off if your room isn't available at the time of your arrival.
