Hotel Lily seems to fall short in several areas, with numerous travelers expressing dissatisfaction with service quality, room conditions, and overall value. Reports of unprofessional staff behavior and disorganization mar the guest experience. Although the linens are clean, the rooms often disappoint due to cleanliness issues and damage.
The amenities add to the frustration, with maintenance problems overshadowing the positives. On a brighter note, the hotel's location garners appreciation for its proximity to sports venues and exhibitions, but this silver lining does little to compensate for the lackluster atmosphere and underwhelming facilities.

Detailed Reviews
I booked this at a good rate (£48.75) almost a year in advance via Booking.com as I was planning a good night 'out out' in Chelsea. The place is similar to a Premier Inn but with just slightly smaller rooms. I booked a single room and was given a twin room which was handy for extra pillows.
However there were a few maintenance issues which I did report to the reception staff. The bathroom sink dual mix tap was loose, the shower head holder was damaged and struggled to stay high enough, and the radiator by the window stayed really hot despite adjusting the temperature thermostatic valve.
In the morning I went down for the inlcuded breakfast but didn't want it. They only provide cooked food (but not any sausages), no cereal or any cold drinks such as fruit juices. This is not good in my opinion.

Normally my tolerance for dirt and broken things is pretty high, but this room was REALLY dirty. The carpet and furniture was full of stains of some undefiniable mattter (maybe you really don't wanna know...??). The window in the living room could only be partially closed and the window in the bathroom could not be closed. So it was really cold to take a shower in the morning. Especially, since there was very little hot water comming out of the shower head.
The hotel was a bit cheaper than the other hotels in the area, but next time I would rather pay a bit more and stay at the IBIS hotel around the corner.

Erm bar Pontins and Britannia group, this has to one of the worst hotels I've stayed at in some time.
Was a late booking relatively speaking and after reading the reviews we knew it was going to be a mixed bag.. However it was worse than I'd envisaged.
For starters everywhere stank of Smoke both of both the legal and questionable varieties.
Broken window handles, with a young children staying in the room.
The basin taps weren't even tight to the sink thus moved when you turned them on and off.
The shower didn't work and the plug given whilst I waited for some to tend to the problem didn't fit.. Worse still no one bothered so I had no shower.
The fan in the bathroom, was stuck on so I had a broken nights sleep, before attending the RideLondon100 the following day.
No Hair dryer as specified in the description.
Tea and coffee making facilities lacking so I nipped to Tesco.
The chap on reception was, friendly, knowledgeable and described the location of the rooms accurately 10 out of 10 for that. I guess he was no handy man nor plumber!
The presentation of the rooms well... Tired is all I can say
Stay here at your own risk!

Stayed in hotel back in 2017, had to stay again in emergency. Happy to see lots of changes. Contactless hand sanitiser at reception. Walls are painted. All old fashioned lights have changed with new LED lights, new lift. Rooms also have new furniture. hotel also uses a professional cleaning company to sanitize and fumigate rooms. Work is still being carried out in hotel. Will stay again if possible.

This hotel was disgusting we went as a group fof 20 people for a Wembley weekend. Our experience was awful due to mice eating food left in the room. Electrical sockets hanging off the wall, fire alarm hanging off the ceiling, bathroom toles falling from wall or missing. Toilet not flushing properly and finally on the second night it stopped working. The full group were very disappointed however the one positive was that the bedding was clean as well as the towels and both were changed daily
I would never return for a weekend of hell or recomend anyone stay at this hotel. The management should be sacked, and replaced with people who understand cleanliness and safety.

Me and my boyfriend stayed here Nov 2021. I originally booked two rooms, one for us and one for my parents. Unfortunately my dad got covid and had to isolate so they couldn’t come. So I cancelled one room and was owed a refund. When we booked this hotel the reviews were mixed, some good and bad, so we booked it as we were on a budget and hoped for the best. Well… when we arrived the reception area was ok but as soon as we got into the corridors I was horrified, the smell was vile: fags, fust, weed, there were mucky plates/trays in the corridors, mucky towels. There were holes in the walls, stains on the walls/carpet. Our room was tiny and the radiator was on constantly and we couldn’t turn it down/off. The bedding was surprising okay and the towels looked clean enough. Bathroom was disgusting, never seen a disinfectant wipe. I had a shower and felt more mucky than before I got in. Luckily we only stayed two nights. Only two positives and that is that they had a small car park which we paid for and the location was great. So we checked out and they still hadn’t refunded me. The hotel manager advised me that booking.com should deal with it. So when we got home I rang booking.com and they advised me the hotel need to process the refund. So who’s lying? After three months of ringing back and forth to booking.com the hotel manager has FINALLY refunded me! Absolutely disgusted with the hotel. Would never stay there again if my life depended on it. I wouldn’t give it 1 star but I had to to do the review.

pillow flat , needed both plus towels for comfort. Water stains around both bed bases,
rubbish still in bedside locker . when trying to use shower water went in every direction
including out of the connecting pipe making it very difficult to shower properly. found 2 cups some tea bags and milk pods in draw in dressing table .room was next to lift shaft so heard the outer door banging when anyone entered or exited . room felt very grubby . at 86 pounds per night I would not class this as Budget and have stayed in better 2 star hotels in other cities for half the price and Fulham is hardly central london . Oh and lights from carpark illuminated room alot

First impressions on the hotels was great the photos online looked a great and the reception was nice .that’s where it stopped we took the lift to our floor and was instantly met with strong smell of smoke and cannabis, there was wall panels that were off the walls revealed the electrical cables and holes in the walls also.we got to our room and the door would not close properly on its own the double lock didn’t work ,the windows would not close and only 1 pillow each . The towels had stains on them and the heating seemed to not turn off .We checked out instantly and the owner was very rude on checkout.
Don’t stay here .
For 2 nights £180 definitely not worth the money ,not safe.
There is a ibis down the road that we stayed for our stay and what an outstanding service they provided.

We booked 2 nights but left tired and itchy after 1 night as room was dusty, fifty bedlinen felt old, carpets stained and sticky, bathroom was mouldy no plug that fitted for bath and shower didn't work, no shower curtain, strange dark stains on the ceiling , ripped dirty curtains, bags of used laundry in halls all day. Had to book another hotel in the last minute, as none of our family could cope with another night. No customer service, reminded me of Faulty Towers but without any charm!

+1
It's probably a cheap hotel for London, but it is no excuse for the state it is in. It bares no resemblance to the advertised pictures and could easily be accused of false advertising.
The lifts are like something from the dark ages and you struggle to get more than one person in them if people have luggage. You step out into dark dingy corridors with just a piece of paper stuck to the wall for directions to rooms.
Got to my room and almost walked straight into the door as it bounced back from the cupboard behind it. Not a good start.
So to the room...chunk taken out of wall, one light above bed missing a bulb, marks all over the walls, toilet door doesn't open fully as too close to the bath, no roller to hold toilet roll, disgustingly dusty air vent and no toiletries (you get these even in cheap hotels, 3 poor quality small bits of soap doesn't cut it).
It's only positive is that it's close to the tube station.
Avoid at all costs!!

For the price this place is ok for London, you will not get better for the £.
I stayed there the 1st - 12th of December 2017. There was no signs of a flood. There is no service, the single room is seriously small and the bed was horrendous. The meal was a glass of orange juice, a fried egg, one rasher of bacon and some beans, but it was at least not oily.
For the price I paid I will not complain, but I will consider alternatives if you can afford it.
Possibly but the plug sockets are a bit wonky so I wouldn’t try it
Not sure i got the train in you'll have to ask reception
