We stayed in the hotel to celebrate my sons 21st birthday in London. Excellent rooms, very nice modern hotel, very good breakfast arrangement. My son forgot something in the room which was very precious for home. The people at the reception, extra credits for Angie 🤩, helped me to get the item back to Belgium. So again thank you very much 🙏.

First impressions of the hotel~ very new.

We booked a family connecting room and reception gave us one set of room key and I said what about the other room she replied it’s connecting… We went up… erm… connecting door was locked… you need to go into the other room to unlock the interconnecting door… 😅 lucky I have my digital keys on my phone 😅

I called one week before, I called the night before and I called that morning to ensure we have a baby cot bed… we arrived at 8pm and guess what? NO BABY COT BED. So I called and they gave us one without any bedding or sheets so I called again and ask for any kind of duvet or bedsheet.

Upon arrival doesn’t feel welcoming, not even general CS standard I expected under Hilton… need a lot more training. They didn’t welcome you by your name nor thank you for being member of Hilton… at least the new guy we saw the next morning at reception was friendly with a smile 👍

After shower I used one of the small towel I saw a drop of Blood 🩸 sting 🤮

In the morning you can hear the house keeping knocking on every door around 9ish so as a light sleeper I cannot sleep till noon 😆 kinda force me to have breakfast.

Breakfast was great, ofcoz you cannot compare to other Hilton brands but it’s great 👍

Parking, they do have patching facility but we didn’t use it, we missed the gate and is free when you park outside during weekend.

In general with the price is a very value stay and my hubby thinks this is the best Hilton we stayed in (price and hardware wise). For me… I can’t sleep the first night due to the aircon blowing directly on my head and the new smell caused me headache… but the second night I slept in the other room and I was fine, so I guess it depends on the room layout. Because of the wooden floor you will hear people walking around moving things around or just came back to hotel that’s 1-2am in the morning.

Shower toilet no issue and the hotel provide shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, hand wash and body lotion in dispensers 👍👍👍

I can see what everyone was doing in their room at night, so if you want privacy keep your curtains close at all time 😂

So mixture of 1-5 stars…

The two rooms we had were very modern, excellent sound proofing, comfortable bed, on site parking and a tube station literally a stone's throw away. Great value, the food was nice with good vegan options for my twin girls. Ideal for London visits for people driving from the North or flying in from Heathrow. I used the gym twice, reasonable size with all I needed. I will definitely stay again.

We chose this hotel for a short break in London.

This is an art deco building that has bee refurbished into a hotel.

It was easy to get to as it is off a major arterial road of London. We parked at hotel's underground car park for the first night.

Check in was straightforward as we had did it online in advance. We got to our room and made our self comfortable.

The Hampton brand is meant to be budget and the room deco at London Park Royal is also rather funky but done in an economical way. A wooden floor, some art work all aiming to be rather hip.

We had a king size bed, there was a small tray type table to eat from. A large LCD television. A small safe, tea & coffee making facility. A small Smeg fridge.

The bathroom had a shower cubicle, a nice sink.

Breakfast was included, there were boxes of cereal, a coffee dispenser, a waffle maker. We had a decent breakfast each morning and always found a table even when busy.

Again the breakfast area has a funky colourful vibe.

The location is useful if you have a car as you can quickly get on the main road. A bus stop is nearby and there is the Park Royal tube station just a few minutes walk away.

The hotel also has shops and places to eat nearby as well. A small Coop store was useful to get drinks and snacks.

At the weekends, we moved our car to on street parking and save on the hotel parking fee. When leaving the car park it became noticeable that it is vey tight to get on the ramp to leave the car park. The clue is all the scrape marks on the wall.
My wife had to guide me out.

Overall this is a good economical hotel. Decent sized rooms and decent breakfast.

It might take while to get to central London on the tube, overall it was nice to be in a building with some character.

We had a brilliant stay at this hotel. The staff on the desk were very welcoming and helpful. The hotel is fresh and clean with a nice atmosphere. We stayed in a Queen room with a sofa bed, some may find the space limited with a sofa bed down although we did not see this as an issue, as the room was lovely, and the hotel has more pros than cons. Breakfast was great with a good selection, the staff at breakfast were brilliant and working extremely hard to replenish frequently. Housekeeping was excellent we asked for an extra duvet late at night and this was brought up promptly.
I would highly recommend this hotel. It is next to Park Royal underground tube (2 min walk ) and also close to Hanger Lane station 10min walk.
Secure Carpark £15 is excellent.
This hotel is excellent value in terms of location and the price we paid. We as a family really enjoyed our stay here.

I have been staying here for a few weeks as I work nearby. The hotel is new and is one of the new generation hamptons with Smeg fridge in the room.
As a diamond member I always receive my welcome gift and welcome drinks.
If you stay here and Rachid is on shift, you can be sure that you will be greeted with a smile, and he will remember you from the second time you see him!
At the start of March 2021 the hotel was offering food and drinks (including alcohol) that you need to take to your room.
Breakfast is also takeaway, one thing that I enjoy is that for breakfast the pastries are always fresh, even if there are not many guests at the hotel. This is rare in these service reduced covid days and highly appreciated! You can also have a cooked breakfast that they will pack in a box with some disposable cutlery.
If you want more that the food that is offered on the dinner menu, the F&B staff are happy to provide a plate and some cutlery for you to use. Ruben at the bar today was happy to help.
The rooms are not 100% soundproof and I have occasionally heard people in the next room. I have been staying in rooms facing the back of the hotel, and they are nice and quiet from the outside world. This might be different for rooms on the other side of the building facing the main road.
Location wise I was driving to the hotel and is it very close to the north circular road, it also has an underground station minutes away. The hotel has an underground car park that has plenty of electric charging points.

The Hotel was new when we visited! Conveniently located within a 2minute walk from Park Royal station (Piccadilly line) and a 6/7min walk to Hanger Lane station (central line). The hotel also had parking located underground for £15 per 24hour duration. The hotel was Fronted with modern decor within the lobby and room, although I had expected the room to be slightly bigger as I had booked a king supreme (thinking it would be), nonetheless the room had all the amenities needed, an iron, ironing board and hairdryer, with lots of plug outlets and USB sockets everywhere. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and the and accommodating throughout our stay, especially the front house manager Rachid, who went above and beyond ensuring we had the necessities during and after our stay! Recommend and will stay again!

Senior Receptionist extremely pleasant and helpful couldn't do enough for us.Room was lovely we had a King Room and at the back extremely quiet. Breakfast was very varied and plenty of it.Staff very attentive. The Hotel is in a great location for getting to Central London by tube as the Park Royal station is across the road which is the Piccadilly Line or walk the opposite direction for 10 mins to Hanger Lane which is Central Line. There is secure parking £15 for 24hrs.
Highly recommend this Hotel and am already looking to book our next trip.Nothing negative to say perfect in every way.

Not at all what we expected from a Hilton hotel in London.
First impressions weren't the best being right next to the hanger lane gyratory.
Then heading up to our room, we'd found remnants of security tape still stuck to our room door which was totally freaky.
Our room was meant to be a superior king suite. My bedroom at home is bigger & the only thing superior about it was the size of the bed which was clearly too big for the already cramped room. The noise from the North circular outside the room was horrendous.
My fiance & I were booked in for 2 nights inclusive of breakfast at a cost of almost £150pn.

Our first night the room was freezing, there was a thermostat in the room to control the heating which didn't work & when we visited reception about this they informed us thT the heating needed turning on from their desk & couldn't be operated from the room.
We used the bathroom & the toilet roll holder fell off of the wall as the holes drilled for it were far to big & as I said there were sticky remnants of security tape on the doors!
Breakfast was shocking. With the coffee machine not working & when it did you had to press more buttons than a cash machine to get less than half a cup of murky water, if you had tea there is a horrible scummy residue floating in your tea. There were no other milk options other than soy. So black scummy tea it was for me. The juice dispensers, dispensed water. 3 buttons all giving out water.

Cooked breakfast consisted of overly salted artificial egg, shoe leather for bacon, aneamic sausages, sloppy hash browns & stodgy baked beans.

Continental breakfast wasn't any better with burnt croissant & burnt tiny pain au chocolate.
The regular condiments were available.
Lets just say we stayed here wishing we'd not been tempted in by the "Hilton" brand.. and had remembered that The premier Inn, facilities, rooms & food is far superior quality & value for money. Never again!!

What a great hotel, I had read some negative reviews but I really can’t understand why?
We were greeted by 2 extremely friendly reception staff who checked my wife and I in painlessly and with great speed. We went to our room and found that the staff had decorated it with balloons and scattered the bed with petals and made towel sculptures on top, they had also left a birthday card for my wife which included some complimentary drinks and snacks from the bar, talk about going the extra mile, it made our arrival so much more special.
The room itself was spotlessly clean, and the pillows on the bed were the softest I have ever slept on, so comfortable. The TV is a massive 60inches it was like being in the Cinema and the addition of having a fridge in your room is a brilliant touch.
The location of the hotel is literally 2 minutes walk from the underground station and the onward trip to the centre of London is a 30 minute journey on the Piccadilly line, so it’s location is ideal. There is a corner shop that sells just about everything you can imagine beside the tube station so don’t worry if you’ve forgotten to bring your toothbrush.
Breakfast is served between 06:30 and 10:30 and there was an excellent selection of hot and cold foods, they even have a fresh waffle maker, but we stuck to a good old “full English” and it was literally all you could eat, tasty and freshly prepared.
Thank you to all the management and staff of the Park Royal for making our stay so special and making us feel so welcome and all those little extra touches, next time I’m in London I will most certainly be back to stay again.
