Lovely hotel, very welcoming and friendly staff who went out of their way to make us welcome.
The hotel is in a perfect location, being close to public transport and easy to get to all the attractions of london if visiting as a tourist, also has a lot of pubs and restaurants within easy walking distance.
Have stayed twice now this year and both times have had a lovely room, but the superior room we had this time was really special with a very large comfortable bed, fantastic modern shower.
There is also tea/coffee making facilities and bottled water in the rooms.
The breakfast we had both times was absolutely delicious and the staff serving breakfast looked after us so well making sure we had plenty of tea and coffee.
The hotel is very covid secure and spotless clean, hand sanitiser everywhere and partitions in the restaurant making us feel very safe.
Will definetely stay again.

We called in for a meal just before the lockdown 10th march, the restaurant is spotless and the waiter very pleasant. There was a good choice on the menu but my partner and I both went for the fish and chips. What a great choice these were the best I have ever eaten presented well with light and crisp batter. If you are looking for a really good meal and you are in the area pay a visit. Fantastic.

Stayed in a twin room on 3rd floor, nice clean room, unfortunately only one night as so nice place to stay would have welcomed a more prolonged stay. Arrived early to drop off suitcases etc as we were visiting tutankhamun display which is nearby in the saatchi Gallery, met a very pleasant friendly and competent receptionist, decided to have lunch in the bistro, very reasonable and served by another very friendly person, very nice lunch, off we went to saatchi Gallery to tutankhamun (which you must visit if you get the chance) when we returned a different receptionist but equally friendly, bags had been transfered to the room, nice touch. Had a tea 🍵 and a coffee ☕ using the nespresso machine in the room, nice shower and lovely towels & shampoo etc, then off to the theatre, on the bus lots of stops nearby, upon late return the night chap who again very pleasant. In the morning lovely greeting from the lovely lady hosting (Portuguese) & other staff. Upon checking out different reception team I think owner, who ended our visit with a friendly goodbye. Would definitely stay again.

I booked the Windermere Hotel because of its positive reviews, although there were cheaper options available at the time, and also paid for a superior room as it was a Christmas gift for my partner when going to see a show close by.

We were greeted by a lovely friendly receptionist who showed us to our room and offered fresh milk to go with the complementary tea and coffee which is a nice touch. The room was warm when we checked in but within an hour noticed both the radiator and towel rail were cold and there was NO hot water. We phoned reception and the receptionist came up and assured us the heating was now coming on at 6:00pm. When we returned from the theatre and ran a bath the water was tepid and that was just running the hot tap. In the morning we discovered there was NO hot water and my partner braved a cold shower but I didn’t so was unable to shower or wash my hair, which is really a basic requirement for a stay. We mentioned it when we checked out and the part owner present went to have a look but never called or emailed to apologise so am disappointed. As AirBnB hosts ourselves we take pride on making sure our guests leave happy.

On a positive a nice breakfast is provided and the lady taking the orders is a delight and nothing was too much trouble.

Dear Victoria996 Thank you for choosing to stay with us, and for taking the time to post your review. We are very sorry to receive your comments. We have central heating, but it is not set to run 24-hours a day, as we find that this is most comfortable for our guests. I was around during your check-out, and introduced myself to you when I overheard your comments. As you know, I was extremely sorry to hear that you did not have any hot water, and I immediately went up to your room to check the situation, whilst your check-out was being done. I was disappointed to see that you had left by the time I had returned downstairs, because I had hoped to speak with you and report my findings. I was able to run hot water from all the taps in the bathroom (basin, bath & shower). I apologise that I did not follow-up with an email or a telephone call. We would love to welcome you back. Please do send us an email or give us a call, if you would like to make a reservation, so that we can look after you. Visited here just before Lockdown 2 as we had booked the Belmond Pullman Train to Bath from Victoria.

Hotel in the quiet back streets of Pimlico. We stayed in a Superior room (14) which was a great size with a double shower en-suite. All perfectly clean and bed very comfortable. Breakfast wasn’t the best I had but was sufficient for what we wanted.

5 minute walk to Victoria, and 20 minute to Buckingham Palace.

The Q park Pimlico is right opposite the hotel if driving to london.

I would recommend this hotel and would definitely go back to it.

I want to thank the hotel for being very flexible and understanding of our circumstances. Very much appreciated, the team contributed to what was a great 3 days in London and Bath.

From our first phone call to our farewell's the hotel staff were exeptional. Our room was imaculate and very well equipped with tea and coffee making facilities that were refreshed each day. The daily breakfast was first class, served in the pleasant dining room. We would love to stay here again on our next visit to London!!

Booked this for a visit in February 2020 so we could visit the Saatchi Gallery close to the hotel. The hotel is a short stroll from Victoria Coach Station, which is perfect! We had a very warm welcome! The room on the curved corner of the building was spacious and perfect with dual aspect, huge windows & en-suite. Nice toiletries and an in room safe. Food was truly amazing! We felt so comfortable and made to feel very special by the chef & all staff. The bar is fully stocked. The location of the hotel is perfect. As well as the the coach & train station being so close, other bars/shops/restaurants are very close by. We walked into more central London and it didn’t feel like it was too far. I can’t recommend this hotel highly enough. We will stay again for sure.

We stayed here for 5 days while we explored the outskirts of London. The hotel is located extremely close to the Victoria Coach Station (where tour buses depart from) and the Underground, which makes it a perfect location. The hotel was wonderful. Spacious room with comfortable beds. They had enough storage, as well as air conditioning, which we needed since it was warmer than what is typically expected. The bathroom was a good size with great water pressure. The family that runs the hotel, Nick, Sylvia and their daughter Emily, were so gracious and welcoming, as was their entire staff. They ensure you are completely comfortable. Everyone we encountered from receptionist to servers were smiling and happy. They offered an excellent complimentary breakfast but also had an expanded menu you may order from for a fee. I mentioned to Nick on our last day that I wish I could give them more than a 5-star rating because they deserve it. I would highly recommend this hotel and would not hesitate to stay here again if we return to London.

Spent a night here with two friends for my birthday treat weekend. The room was very clean. There was filtered drinking water and a full kettle ready to go with a nice range of teas. Super comfy beds which were very welcome after walking 11 miles around London! Clean bathroom, fluffy towels with heated towel rail and a large sized shower. A nice sized TV was available. If anything the room was little warm but it was certainly comfortable. The breakfast was included and there were quite a few options. We were offered freshly baked danishes prior which were superb. The staff were helpful and friendly. We will definitely stay here again as it is a 10 minute walk to Victoria Station.

The 6 of us (3 rooms) stayed here for 4 nights in early October and had a wonderful time. A nice English breakfast to start each day and then out for touring the city sites - which are close by - for the day. The staff was very helpful in giving us directions as well as dining suggestions. This place is centrally located in the Pimlico district and Victoria station is a short walking distance away. Would definitely stay here again on our next visit.

Hi Camie, thank you for your question. We can arrange for an airport pick-up/drop-off for all of London's airports. The cost is dependent on the number of passengers and airport. Please contact us with your flight information so that we may provide you with an accurate quote. We would also share with you popular "tried and tested" methods using public transportation. We hope to hear from you soon. Emily Hambi, Co-Owner
