Lovely hotel with great staff very friendly and informative. Good location for nearby shopping centre. Room was nice and bed comfortable. Lots of places to eat nearby. Handy for tube station. Would stay again.

Doubtful - it was a massive refurbishment. If you are concerned I suggest you either contact the hotel direct or make sure you are booked on 4th floor and below. I don't think these are affected as much as the top floors.
