Lending an iPhone charging cable for a couple of days and reprinting our return rail tickets with a smile was much appreciated. The position of the hotel could not have been better with a range of shops, restaurants and snack bars and not too far for the Royal Albert Hall. Our room on the fourth floor was clean with all the essentials for self catering and traffic noise was of no issue. Would highly recommend.

We visit London for a short shopping trip, the location is great, easy to reach all popular hotspots.

The hotel is good for the price only disappointing the small bathroom with shower in bathtub
Lobby looks perfect, nice and comfortable seating areas where you can enjoy some complimentary coffee / tea

Location just perfect! Can’t even better I think, feels safe and secure.
We walked to Hyde Park and Harrods / Four Seasons all within 20 minutes
Even Uber works flawless so far so good!

So for a short trip it’s good

I stayed at the property for nearly a month with my family and i must tell you that the stay here was amazing. From the checkin time to Check out. The front desk staff always have smiles on their faces and happy to resolve any issues.

The flat/room as really specious and i also liked the unique style of having a kind of duplex room for a 1 bedroom apartments. You have all the things you need in the Kitchen and they even provide soaps for washing utensils.

The coffee machine at the entrance is really awesome. While coming from cold outside, you can have the coffee (free) and relax in their lounge area.

They are also vigilant about heath and safety and you have to wait outside in the lounge when the cleaning is in process (once a week).

The washing and drying coins are given once per week, we found that to be enough for a family of three.

All in all, really nice to stay at the property

This hotel is great value for money, we had the two floor one bedroom apartment using the sofa bed as well in the living room. Just a tip the sofa bed is just a sheet and a blanket so I should’ve asked for extra bedding including more pillows As only one pillow per person. The kitchen has everything you need and was spotless. The basic decor reminded me a bit of a premier inn. The living room was tight so as soon as awake the sofa bed needs putting away. The upstairs bedroom was nice with its own tv. Being mezzanine there was no privacy. Shower a little weak. However these as just tips as the room is value for money, the free tea/coffee machine in reception is a plus and staff are very nice. The location is perfect, Kensington is a great location to stay in London we walked every day in Kensington gardens regrettably didnt manage to find a rent-a-bike that was working (it needs a green light apparently). So many restaurants and cafes nearby. Recommend la pan quotiden and da mario pizzeria

We had a studio room overlooking Gloucester Road. The room was fairly small but adequate and it had a nice bathroom and some minimal cooking facilities. Noise from the street was not a problem as there is very effective double glazing. The apartments are relly well located, close to Cromwell Road and on Gloucester Road, a short walk to Kensington Gardens and Hyde Park and also really handy to Gloucester Road tube station. Lots of good restaurants and a few good pubs in the area (the Hereford for example). The check in was pleasant, nice to have a sitting area for guests with free coffee and apples. Overall very good value compared to hotels which are generally dearer, and around the same as Airbnb apartments that may or may not be good value.

We stayed in late June in a Deluxe Studio with 2 adults and our 17 and 20 year-old kids. The location was very convenient to the underground station (Gloucester Road) and Kensington Park. The neighborhood felt safe and there was a Tesco Express market and restaurants and pubs close by. The room was nice and clean though a little small (not surprisingly). There was a double bed and a sofa bed, which was adequate for the 4 of us. We appreciated having the small kitchen and the laundrette, a water dispenser (to fill our bottles) and coffee machine in the lobby. The bathroom was clean and updated. The room was quiet and we didn't hear much noise from other rooms or from outside. The weather was not very hot when we were there, but nevertheless, the room temperature was very comfortable during the length of our stay. The hotel staff were helpful and friendly.

My husband and I stayed at the Citadines South Kensington London from 27 Aug 2021 to 30 Aug 2021 and it was one of our best experience in an Aparthotel.
The room was clean, with the perfect size for us and the bed and pillows were comfortable. The kitchen has everything we needed and the toilet and shower room were spotless.
In reception, the staff were friendly and the coffee machine was a great surprise for my husband, who cannot face the world without a propper coffee.
The location is the best you can have: Lots of restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, metro, bus stops and rent-a-bikes to choose from.
And the reason why we choose this place: a walking distance from the museums and the Royal Albert Hall.

The room was nice and clean. The kitchenette had all the dishes and utensils I needed. The bed and pillows were comfortable. I had a nice view from my window and the room was quiet which gave me a good night's sleep. The staff were pleasant and polite. One desk clerk was exceptional helping get a taxi to the airport, he escorted me to the taxi and helped me with my luggage. I would stay there again. Close walk to Kensington Palace and underground tube, Victoria and Albert museum and the Natural History Museum.
Restaurants and grocery stores just down the street.
The only draw back was that I wish they would have is fresh water bottles and creamers in your room daily.

The hotel is in a wonderful location, close to the underground and some great attractions and restaurants, but the hotel itself is not up to par. My family of four booked a one bedroom apartment, (two doubles) but the main bedroom had two single beds when we booked a double and the other bed was not even made up. We had to set up the sofa bed ourselves (it was creamy and very uncomfortable).
The fittings were rusted, paint was peeling, no cold water from the bathroom taps for the first two days (apparently something wrong with the water heating system - we only found this out when my husband went to report the issue because we couldn’t shower in boiling water 😡), the ice machine didn’t work, the bathroom fan didn’t work and the bathroom sink didn’t drain very well I.e 5 minutes to drain water from the tiny sink.
This was the first hotel on our European trip and with the amount we spent per night, I was disappointed. This hotel could be great with some TLC.
