Once a year my family visits London, and uses Kensington Garden Hotel as our hotel! The hotel is located just a few stops from Oxford street. The rooms are great if you are on a shopping holiday, but also comfortable. Looking forward to next visit!

This elegant and confortable hotel is situated in lively Kensington area very close to Earl's Court tube station - but on a peaceful side street. Me and my teenager enjoyed our stay very much. Breakfast is continental, but eggs etc are available for extra charge.

This hotel runs in conjunction with the Phoenix Hotel, a few doors away. So you check in and out, and get in late at night, via Phoenix. Rooms a rather tiny, but have decent bathrooms, and are clean and in good repair. Small, but good...More

Hi. Reception isn't open 24 hours but sister hotel Phoenix next door is and no problem dropping off or picking up keys. They have a board specifically for KHG keys so process is quick.

Just stayed there. Super-friendly reception. They are open from 8a-5p. After 5p, you have to drop off or pick up your key from the Phoenix Hotel, just a few doors down. Not an inconvenience at all.
