K+K Hotel George garners praise for its prime location near Earl's Court tube station, nestled in a quiet neighborhood with easy attraction access. While the hotel's atmosphere is described as inviting with stylish furnishings and cozy common areas, some guests find the rooms and bathrooms to be on the smaller side. Cleanliness is a standout feature, and the complimentary breakfast and helpful staff add to the hotel's appeal. Opinions on value vary, with some travelers finding it well-priced and others not. Overall service is viewed positively, though there is some room for improvement.

Everything is just right here: nice clean room, great cleanliness everywhere, good varied breakfast buffet, an excellent garden to relax, central location with good underground connection to Heathrow Airport and last but not least the friendly staff. We hope to return soon.

I live near this hotel and often meet friends here for drinks or afternoon tea. This visit I went for afternoon tea with my family. Today it was Mersim and Diana who served us and as usual the experience was amazing.

So we arrived (a group of 12, including 1 new born, 1 two year old, 3 teenagers) Mersim had prepared a really nice private area for us, it was great for us and also considerate for other guests who might prefer a quieter child free experience. The table was laid exquisitely with beautiful china (reminiscent of an Alice in Wonderland style tea party). There was a range of teas such as: English Breakfast
Assam
Mint
Earl Grey
Very Berry
Green tea and more.

When the tea came it was amazing, beautifully prepared, 2 types of scones, thick clotted cream and lovely jams on one tier. Another tier had lovely fresh cakes, chocolate, carrot, coffee and so on. The last tier had really nice finger sandwiches on a variety of artisan breads, with lovely fillings, my personal favourites
Smoked salmon & cream cheese
Chicken and pesto
Ham

If you want vegetarian or vegan just call ahead I am sure they will accommodate all needs and or allergies.

Throughout the tea the Diana would check on us and regularly replenished our tea pots and other bits. Mersim made some suggestions for a few extras for the kids that really completed the experience.

I can't reccomend this place highly enough, in a nutshell the tea is amazing and the staff anticipate your needs really well, whilst staying unobtrusive.

There are lots of places for afternoon tea and lots of offers online, but for the price £15.50 per head you won't find a better experience.
If you go in the summer you will be blown away by the lovely, large back garden, there is great seating, both sunny and shaded areas and it's quiet with no traffic noise whatsoever.

Went for a weekend away with my girlfriend. First off was very impressed with the price paid for the room, especially given we stayed on peak days (Friday - Sunday). Some hotels claim to be 4 stars but fall short in the flesh - definitely not the case for K+K, the room was really good quality with a top quality big mattress and modern bathroom, all cleaned immaculately for checkin. Location is excellent too, on a quiet street but still about a 3 min walk from Earls court tube station.

We didn't book breakfast initially but were offered it for free on arrival for both days which was obviously a nice surprise! The current Corona affected setup is you tick off your order the day before, hand in the sheet at reception and either have it in the restaurant or in your room made to order. Service was ideal and food fresh and very tasty. Beautiful garden out the back too with tables for warmer days.

Outside of that the service in all regards was perfect really, to the extent they even found a vase for us to use for some flowers we had. Always in masks and abiding to social distancing measures, reassuring for both sides. Rooms weren't cleaned during our stay but this is to be expected in current times and didn't bother us.

All in all, I can't imagine you'd find a better quality hotel for anything close to the price offered. Would fully recommend!

We stayed 2 nights at the K+K during October 2020. It is in a great location, with a lovely pub and tube station nearby, and not too far from several of the London sights. The staff were friendly and helpful.

We were told on check in that they would not be cleaning our room at all during our stay, which we see as a neccessity during a pandemic. We were told if we needed extras of items in the room, to ask at reception. During our stay we had to request, more tea, milk, towels, mugs, plates, cutlery, toilets rolls and shower gel.

The bathroom had everything we needed in it, but it was quite small for a 4* hotel, and the shower wasn't particularly powerful.

We had several issues with our room keys, whereby on arrival we couldn't enter our room as the key didn't work. Several times during our stay we struggled to make to room key work. Perhaps they need to consider a more reliable system.

We paid for the breakfast offered at the hotel, which was tasty and filling and had a wide variety of choices.

Overall, not a bad stay, and ideal location, however not sure 4* describes the hotel accurately.

We have stayed at this hotel for many years and its our go to favourite whenever we visit London. The quality of service is there each and every time we visit and they go above and beyond to make our stay memorable. This visit during Covid restrictions the service was just exceptional - our breakfast was served to the room and as we are Vegan they tailored the breakfast to match our eating style. A huge thank you to Philip Chambers GM who made our welcome very special and to Lara and Matthew on Reception for who nothing was too much trouble. As usual the garden was a welcome retreat and the location less than a 5 minute walk from the tube makes this the perfect hotel for many of the usual tourist highlights. Additionally many wonderful eateries available nearby and several stores for necessities. Do stay you wont regret it!

This was my 4th (I think) visit and it felt like coming home. This is a very welcoming place to stay.
The beds are wonderfully comfy, and the breakfast is very good. There is food available throughout the day, but you are probably not staying here for the gastronomic experience as much as its location and service. You have all of London on your doorstep, and there are many good restaurants within 15 minutes walk.
The staff under Philipe's excellent guidance do all they can to make every visit one to treasure.

I recently visited London for two art exhibitions and stayed overnight at this hotel. I have stayed at K&K hotels in Europe in the past and have always been impressed with their comfort, cleanliness and attention to detail.

This was my first visit to their London hotel and, given the current Covid restrictions, I must record how impressed I was with all the measures taken to keep guests as safe as possible in every way. Added to this each an every member of staff I encountered was unfailingly helpful and went the extra mile to ensure that my stay was as trouble free as possible. A splendid effort all round. Will definitely be back in the future.

My spent 8 days at this hotel while we visited London as tourists.

Pro: excellent location in south Kensington. Quiet at night, tons of food and bars nearly, and around the corner from the tube station. hotel was very clean, staff was very friendly and helpful, and breakfast (included) was delicious. Room was fairly sized (bathroom was small) . Housekeeping made the bed every day.

Con: the biggest con was the wifi. If worked on our first day and never worked again. Their computers in their business center didn’t even connect to the wifi.
Our room was often freezing and we would turn the heat on, only to find that housekeeping put the a/c back on while we were gone.
Housekeeping made the bed every day, but everything else including emptying garbage or providing bottled water was inconsistent ( mini fridge was never stocked at all) not sure if this was a staffing or covid thing.

Overall it was a nice hotel, with a fantastic location.

The location of the hotel is great. Located in nice street with the underground station located few walking minutes.
We stayed at the classic twin room, which is a very small room - the bathroom door could not be fully opened, it is blocked by the toilet seat.
The air conditioning was not working (it turend on but did not affect the temprature of the room at all).
The room is very hot, even when it's 4 degrees outside so the airconditioning is mandatory, when the windows are open there is noise from the street and smoking scent. We asked nicely to change the room after 2 nights of not sleeping well and a very rude person at the hotel's desk started arguing with me that it will be the same at all of the rooms and that the A/C cooling temprature is just like the temprature outside (?!).
Eventually he agreed to change our room (mading a very unhappy face during the proccess) and the other room's A/C was slightly better, but also not good enough.
The second room's facilities were older, the sink made weird noises.
I think that the hotel should not mention it has A/C in the room if this is what the guests are getting for their money.
I don't think we will return again, mainly for the rude behaviour at the hotel desk.

Over the past 8 years, I have traveled to London twice a year and have stayed in several hotels. By far, the K&K Hotel George is my favorite. The staff is friendly and helpful, the breakfast is the best of any hotel I've stayed at, the rooms are nice and clean, the bed comfortable and you can't beat the location. Earls Court Tube Station is right around the corner, just jump on the Piccadilly Line to and from Heathrow and coupled with the District Line, getting where you want to go is quite easy. This is the only hotel I stay in now days, and can't wait for my next trip!
