Rooms tired & seemed unclean. Showers not properly waterproofed so water leaked around bathroom. Walls paper thin between rooms so you are woken up by other guests conversations. Do not recommend. Better options elsewhere in central London at this price point.

Hotel's Favourite
We stayed for 2 nights as a family of 4 in a deluxe double room with Breakfast. Check in was quick and easy. We also received complimentary warm cookies for the room. Upon getting to the room there was a faint fishy smell which continued into the room. Nothing over powering but noticeable. The next night returning to the room it smelt like a meat and potato pasty so guessing the smells were rising from the restaurant. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. We had a view over the Secret Garden which we appreciated at night winding down after a full day of activities. The bathroom was clean but you could see natural wear and tear with regards to the bathroom grouting and the odd hair, I’m guessing off housekeeping but it certainly didn’t effect our stay. Breakfast was really nice. Plenty of choice between hot and cold. The coffee machine also serves a nice cup of coffee and you get one to take away. Check out was quicker than check in so really impressed on the whole. We would recommend this hotel and we will certainly be returning as the location is great, it’s away from the hustle and bustle but in easy access to the station, museums, Kensington Palace/Gardens and Hyde Park.

We came to London urgently for a family issue and stayed at this hotel. Our check in was challenging because the third-party agency we had booked our hotel stay with did not communicate our reservation with the hotel, so we arrived with nothing on the books. The staff took care of us immediately and got us in a room exactly as we had "reserved." However the room had some problems with air conditioning and wifi and a couple other things. We brought the issues to the attention of the hotel staff. Very quickly we were sitting at a table with Miguel from upper management, and he was amazing. He (and his other staff!) changed our room to an even better one, accommodated all our needs, and made us feel so at home during a difficult time for us. We would ABSOLUTELY stay here again. And the location is excellent, so central and convenient. Clean, updated rooms and most importantly, the best hotel staff I have ever encountered. Five stars!

Wow wow and more wow , checked in extremely late after extensive travel , reception was extremely welcoming which made a bell of a day even better Forgetting what time it was expecting room service but they soon recommended an alternative which was spot on Got to my room and wow again was 200% better , duplex room sited on the 6th floor Great lounge , with couch and dining table then upstairs with bed and full size bathroom There then was a balcony which overlooked the great views of the London skyline Bathroom was a full size bath with separate shower cubicle Breakfast could be taken in the club lounge for diamond members continental or in the restaurant which had a full hot and cold offering The staff could not be better everyone was so accommodating and friendly Located across the road from tube station it really is an ideal for business or pleasure There is also a secret garden which looked great for al fresco dining Well done double tree was really impressed and will be my preferred hotel of choice in that area
