A great 4 star hotel in excellent location, great view from our room. Deceptive, as hotel looks frankly like a concrete box on outside, but do not regret choosing this, one of the best we have stayed at in London!

We stayed for two nights to celebrate our 25th Wedding Anniversary. We had a fantastic time and the location and views were amazing. Breakfast was excellent as was the Vicinity Restaurant. We will be back very soon hopefully.

Staff didn’t and wouldn’t provide water. AC not working and not fixed during the stay. Staff wouldn’t meet requirements. Waiting 4 hours for a fan and an extra bed which was requested at the time of booking. Sorry not returning

We checked in 30 mins after checkin was available and the room still wasn't ready so we had to wait another 20 mins. That's almost 1 hour after checking which delayed us slightly. The room was small dated and was in dire need of some updating. As soon as I had a shower the bath filled up due to the plug being full of hairs!! The shower was also very old and in need of some TLC Lights not working in cupboards and the remains of where a trouser press used to be was left with big holes where it had just been pulled from the wall. while we did have a view of the bridge it also had a view of a room next door so they could see in our room and vice versa so we actually kept the curtains shuts. It was at this point I would've been better off with a £60 budget hotel. Breakfast wasn't brilliant either and over the 3 nights I stopped there I went at different times and the food was nearly warm. The option for toast was either uncooked or burnt!! I've no idea why they couldn't operate their own toast machine Very disappointing and I doubt I'll be stopping here again and would actually actively promote to businesses, friends and family and anybody online to do the same. I look forward to the Hotels reply!!
