The location is good in the greatest city in the world, with the public bus stop right outside and tube station a quick stroll away, making it easy to connect to the rest of London and its airport.

This is a large hotel and a little dated in decor however it’s more than acceptable, everything worked, just lacked the wow factor.

The staff that I met were amazing and friendly, got the impression that all would go that extra mile to make your stay comfortable. Special mention to one of the best receptionist in London if not the country, thank you Lulian, sorry Julian.

The corridors were a bit rough around the edges, the room was a little dated in terms of decor yet there was an excellent large new television and the bed was extremely comfortable. The bathroom was adequate; the shower was a little disappointing in terms of pressure. The Wi-Fi was excellent. The air-conditioning/heater was great to have yet was quite noisy and I had to turn it off when I went to bed.

The hotel was very clean and the COVID safety measures well thought out, easy to follow and I felt very safe in the hotel environment.

This room was great value for money and I will have no hesitation in returning and recommending this hotel to all.

This hotel was quite cheap for its location but it is showing signs of age especially in the bathroom with loose tiles and loose grout. All fixtures and fittings look worn and tired. I suppose you get what you pay for. Pleasant staff though.

We booked here as my wife had booked hospitality at Stamford bridge to see the mighty Chelsea for my birthday, and we had some days to shop , sight see and a visa application. On arrival Ula checked us in and was really nice, smiling and good to chat with, our room was clean, the bathroom was good with hot water all the time, tea and coffee making facilities and TV with numerous channels. Our room was cleaned daily and tidied well. Great location as the tube 5 minutes walk away, staff in the bar friendly we saw Ula most days when coming and going and always said hello if not busy with other guests, we both felt very welcome. Used the luggage storage on the last day and the chap who checked us out and took care of everything, would stay again, thanks for looking after us.

I've stayed for quite some time at the Ibis Earls Court hotel and I have to say it's been a pleasure. The hotel is situated in West Kensington/ West Brompton/ Earls Court area with easy access to the tube (Piccadilly/ District line). Hotel provides full set of amenities for each room such as ironing board/ iron, bath robe, tea coffee etc. The hotel is sparkling clean and there are alcohol dispensers at elevators and reception area taking into consideration the coronavirus situation. The one thing that really stands out is the 5* service from the members of staff, they are always friendly, helpful and have a very proactive attitude. Even though there is no buffet breakfast currently due to Covid-19, there is room service full English breakfast only for £6.95. Rooms I've been had a vintage feel with dark wood and include also a spare table/ 2 chairs apart from main desk which is a nice touch. Bed is comfortable and pillows had a variety of firmness to choose from. Views from room are quite spectacular (I was facing south towards Chelsea stadium) as it's one of the few high rise buildings in the area. The room rates are quite competitive in comparison with other hotels nearby and I feel safer knowing it's an Accor branch hotel since I had some very bad experiences staying at some of the independent hotels near Earls Court. Finally there are plenty of supermarkets, cafés and little shops on nearby North End Street, feel free to ask the staff for any suggestions or directions.

Came for a conference, there was no clear area for parking as it was gated, after reversing twice then only clear that you have to drive to it for the parking area to be opened. The pros is the parking is on site although £17 per day, expensive but it is London. I had to walk around the building to go to the reception, there was a door at the back but was locked and the automatic features did not work so my 2 children and I had to walk around the building to the front to get to the entrance. The check in process was disorganised, confusing and there was no confidentiality between one customer and another. Initially queued in the middle of the hotel lobby then queued at the table on the left then back to the middle. During check in, I was told I need to book a family room however was first being scolded by the rude staff called 'Yonas' and he actually was asking us questions in a patronising way (scolding us, more like) and proceeded to argue with my husband. Afterwards, he asked us to sit as he will need to 'discuss about what to do with us' with the duty manager. We weren't sure what would happen, I thought I had to go home as clearly they won't let us stay there, felt like we were sent to the headmistress's office.
Then the duty manager came and clearly explained nicely that they are trying to find a solution for us and they have a family room available with supplement charged which is fine for us.
The room is a bit dated but clean. We had high rise room with nice view. There were extra pillows provided which was a nice touch in a family room and the lamps where cool they looked like china ones (my daughter actually loved them).

I feel the experience of checking in made the trip sour, there was also no confidentiality between 1 customer and another, everyone was cramped in the same area and can clearly hear what was going on, I wanted to cancel the booking but the staff 'Yonas' said that the booking was not going to be refunded and it is not possible to cancel.

I have stayed at many Ibis hotels before but never had this kind of experience. Very disappointed with this hotel. There are a few more conferences unfortunately being held at this hotel this year however I am not sure if I will be staying here again in future seeing how they treated me and my family.

Just back today from a weekend at the Ibis Earls Court London. What a great experience for a great price. If you moan about this hotel, you need your head looked at. Checking in took 2 minutes with the boys, including parking for the weekend not to mention where can you park in London for this value. Minutes later we were in our room. When we asked for help from the front desk girls, they were super informative, took the time to explain things so you understood and were genuinely friendly. We chatted to 3 or 4 security people over the weekend, all were smiley, friendly, chatty, helpful, this is rare for security people but it goes with the vibe of the hotel. The people who change the bedding etc were all really nice, smiley people and literally within minutes the bed was made, rubbish gone, replenished coffee etc and cleaned whatever needed cleaned, rooms were left spotless! Big shout out to the breakfast crew, especially Fran they were all friendly and helpful, I've been in hotels across the globe, this breakfast is a stand out, delicious, spoiled for choice and I mean spoiled for choice and as much as you want. The vibe throughout this hotel is one of friendliness and helpfulness with all members of staff. Can't rate this hotel highly enough, great experience, if we ever trek down from Scotland again, we will be back for sure.

We see what your doing with this hotel and we appreciated it, Thank You.

The car park was a joke it’s underground with very limited tight spaces and many of the spaces have stone pillars in the middle, so they are impossible to park in even if the hotel states that spaces are available. It’s also an extra £17 per day for a parking space. The 8th floor stunk of urine and the room was very tiny and had stains on the carpet. The double bed was like sleeping on a cardboard box and the pillows were horrible. We only had one bedside table as one was missing and behind the one we did have we found lots of dust and an old M&Ms wrapper. I’ve never been to a hotel that doesn’t have charging sockets next to the bed - I had to charge my phone on the desk. The bathroom was clean but under the sink I found duct tape holding it together. The towels were tiny. The walls are so thin! We could hear the next rooms toilet and every conversation from the corridor. It was frustrating that we had to tell reception twice for the cleaner to clean our room as the method to clean your room is through WhatsApp? Very unprofessional and it didn’t even work. When I checked out the staff didn’t say goodbye or ask how our stay was they seemed very unbothered and I was very pleasant to them. Overall if you’re desperate for a cheap stay in London then go here but don’t expect to much I’d honestly recommend paying more and going elsewhere you will have such a better nights sleep and better experience of London.

Stayed for two nights over the weekend. I booked this hotel as I stayed here with my husband in January 2020 and found it to be great value for money and a decent standard for the cost.
This time I had booked for a trip with my two daughters and had booked a room with three single beds.
Check in was good , we arrived early but the room was ready and we were given the key straight away. Reception area is lovely but it went downhill once we got into the lift. The smell of weed was overpowering and the corridor to our room absolutely stank of it. Our room was on the 8th floor, the corridor and doors are really not clean and it is really off putting, looking at the grime on some of the doors it is not that just a lick of paint is needed, a deep clean would make a lot of difference There is no housekeeping at the moment and guests are leaving their rubbish outside the room. I understand this but maybe it would be an idea to have the floors walked regularly by staff for it to be removed.
The room itself was ok. Small but appeared clean. Lots of hot water and a bath as well as a shower which is always a bonus.
Breakfast was a good selection and no real issues other than it wasn’t very hot on the second morning.
Reception staff were nice and helpful.
My husband and I were really impressed last year and had said that we would use this hotel for any future trips to London but after my visit with my daughters at the weekend we will be looking for a different hotel next time.

To have unlaid carpet in a room with an accessible bathroom, likely to be used by a wheelchair user, is frankly unsafe as it doesn't lay still. Plugs need to not be behind the TV but should be next to the bed. And a bedside table needs to be on a level reached by someone laying in bed. Soap dispensers need to be at a lower level for wheelchair users. Hairdryer and kettle need to be higher up.

The pub food was wonderful and reception staff were fantastic when my mother managed to lock herself out and help me find a black cab app.

Quick check in with the friendly team. Warned to keep key cards away from mobile devices.

Double room on the 7th floor. First impressions were the room was very dated but generally clean. No plug sockets by the bed which was an issue as I use a CPAP machine at night but a quick trip to reception and I was given an extension lead which did the job.

Furniture and fixtures were very late 90s and dated and showing signs of extreme wear. Big flat screen Freeview TV on the unit which does block one of the mirrors but there are other mirrors.

Again the bathroom was very dated, generally clean but tired. The shower had a great water pressure and retained good water temperature. Some towels were white and some were light peach, unsure if that was the colour they should be or had been washed with a tanning mit! I used the white ones.

My room was at the back of the hotel with decent views and despite the filthy windows (on the outside) I was rewarded with a beautiful sunrise.

The bed was comfortable with clean bedding and I slept very well with a perfect room temperature and generally quiet corridor outside.

Overall it is dated both inside and out but in some ways better than expectations based on previous Ibis hotel stays. A comfortable place to stay with generally friendly staff in a handy location. I would even return at the right price again.
