The room was good. The location good. 24 hours Reception open. Bayswater tube station very close by. The famous hyde park walking distance. Many eat outs close by. The best was the friendly and courteous staff. Very rare in London.

Great value for money. Rooms Ok size wise not huge but very comfortable. Our window looked on to a park very quiet. Staff extremely friendly. We could store our luggage for the day on check-out.Free WIFI coverage in the entire hotel.Would love to stay again...More
