I was worried when the cab driver at the airport told me he had never taken a passenger to this hotel and when we pulled up in front, it looked a little nondescript. But I think it is relatively new and the building was formerly a post office or some other commercial office.

The hotel turned out to be really nice, I had a comfortable, clean, quiet room, thoughtfully curated with snacks and playlists and a great view from my window. The hotel has a modern, young vibe, the staff was very helpful and professional.

The location was amazing! Literally across the street from the National Portrait Gallery (which had just reopened after a 3 year renovation), around the corner from Trafalgar Square and the National Gallery and within easy walking distance to the theaters. Also easy to get to the Underground for the return to Heathrow, so much cheaper than a cab.

Hotel also has great coffee and nice breakfasts in the lobby. The neighborhood was very busy and hectic, but the hotel managed to be peaceful and zen.

Dear RSDUWS, Many thanks for leaving us such a wonderful review! We are glad to hear that you rated the quality of your stay so highly. Yes, indeed we are new building. We put tremendous effort into the beautiful design and cleanliness of our hotel. We have tried to bring that delicate mix of combining luxury with comfort. Our PageCommon coffee shop is definitely our hidden gem and we are very happy that it has left a positive impression on you. It truly is great that you found all the room amenities convenient to you; it is in our mission to be the home away from home for all of our guests. Our staff really are great as they work very hard to make sure you have everything you need during your stay. The magic here at page8 really is a team effort. Seeing this hotel was new, I was quite looking forward to my stay. My expectations were met: upon entering I was met by a very friendly reception team. Although I was very early and my room was not yet ready, the hotel took my bags so that I could enjoy my day. Location is superb: it is literally facing Trafalgar Square and the National Portrait Gallery. Yet, as others have noted, despite the central location, the hotel itself is an oasis of calm and quiet. The room was well appointed, very clean and comfortable. Nice Bigelow toiletries, fluffy towels, good robes, slippers and the room also has a host of necessities lest you've forgotten your toothbrush, toothpaste and some other necessary amenities. Do note that the beds are firm: this for me was no issue - I slept very soundly. Room and bathroom are spotless, modern and the entire experience was thoroughly enjoyable. Staff were gracious, friendly and altogether a joy.

As per my understanding, not all the rooms are ready yet and the restaurant is not open/available yet (March 2020 this should be available). I will certainly return upon my next trip to London and explore this hotel further. Definitely recommended.

Had an amazing few days here, location is brilliant, near Trafalgar Square and within walking distance of a lot of the attractions! Upon arrival to the hotel we had a friendly welcome and were offered a welcome drink aswell, the lemonade was really refreshing.
Staff are super friendly and very welcoming, we were always greeted with a smile.
Stayed in a twin room this was plenty big enough. The room and hotel areas were clean and well lit, there was toiletries in the room which were restocked for us everyday, these included tooth paste, toothbrush, comb, vanity kit, shaving kit etc. Tea, coffee, sugar and a kettle were provided along with a mini fridge complete with milk and water, the water was also replenished for us during our stay. Also provided in the room was towels, dressing gown, slippers, hairdryer, television, radio and air con machine! There was an additional gift of a box containing hand sanitiser, hand wipe and face masks for us to use too!
Breakfast was an additional cost but we ate here each morning, everything was cooked fresh and was absolutely delicious and well worth it, kept us going until late afternoon.
Loved absolutely everything about our stay Page 8, we were very sad to be leaving and we are already planning our next stay here! Big thank you to all the team.

Friendly, attentive manner from all the staff. We felt very at ease and welcomed.
The rooms are very nicely furnished, in a modern and contemporary style. The ‘standard’ room is small, however not so that you felt enclosed, even though you are in a central location, ideally placed for the West End and central London attractions, the rooms are very quiet and that busy London, just outside your window was not noticeable (noise wise).
Although I had booked two standard rooms they had very graciously upgraded our friends room to ‘superior’ and arranged for a small cake for Lisa’s birthday (which she did not share!..... how rude....)
We will return...........
Excellent location, well furnished & equipped rooms. staff attention to detail superb.
PS: Coffee in the foyer really nice :)

I had a great stay at this recently opened hotel. The location is absolutely superb for all the action of Soho & Trafalgar Square but rooms are well insulated from the noise. It has a chic, clean line, contemporary design & everywhere is fresh & gleaming new. My Superior room was immaculate & very stylishly kitted out with two wonderful big windows which flooded it with light. Compact but chic marble bathroom with nice Bigelow products plus various other handy amenities like spare toothbrush & paste. Extra brownie points for fresh milk in the mini bar too. The hotel has 138 rooms but feels boutique & personal. Staff were very obliging & I was welcomed with a complimentary drink. There is an easy going cafe-bar at ground floor & a rooftop bar/restaurant planned for a later opening.
Excellent stay, I would return & I would highly recommend.

Not many hotels I have stayed would have thought about a consistent narrative in their branding. It's so cool.
Urban exploration, good coffee, relaxing and stylish interior pallettes are a recurring theme throughout my stay.
Spend time to study and appreciate the small details around the room, and consider the location of the hotel, then you will realise value for money you're getting is actually very good.
Staff were great, attentive and welcoming. Room was obviously clean, well equipped and in room amenities felt high-end.
Marshall speakers in the room bedside table is a signature move for page8

A clean, nice, modern hotel with comfortable, decent-sized rooms, right next to Trafalgar Square, so ideally situated to visit a fair number of typical London landmarks by foot, but also ideally connected to both the underground and a fair number of bus lines.

We were above all impressed with the superb sound isolation. With the windows of our third floor room opened, there was no denying the hotel's lively, busy location, with the murmur of vibrant city life providing an uplifting soundtrack, but as soon as we closed them, there was an immediate sense of peace and tranquillity.

Both fairly large windows came with electrically operated blinds, that effectively shut out any light coming from the surrounding restaurants and businesses.

The beds (ours was a twin room) were sturdy and comfortable, with crisp and clean duvet covers and large pillows.

The room came with the usual amenities like a kettle, tea and coffee, and a minibar with water and soft drinks that was included in the room price, and was restocked daily. A large tv hung on the wall opposite the beds, and the wardrobe contained a small safe to store your valuables.

The air conditioning worked a treat, keeping the room temperature at a very comfortable level throughout the night. An electrical air purifier stood in one corner of the room, quietly going about its business.

The bathroom was practical, with the large shower cabin containing an excellent shower and a selection of pleasantly fragrant body wash, shampoo and conditioner. The impeccably white towels were large, soft and fresh. It all had quite a luxurious feel to it.

All in all, we were very satisfied with our 3-night stay here, and would certainly recommend Page8 to people planning a city trip.

Dear Wim2600, We are so grateful for your feedback. We are so glad to hear that you enjoyed your stay with us! We couldn’t agree more, our location really is in the heart of London with all that the city has to offer never more than a stone’s throw away. Might we add, our location is ideal for explorers looking to travel further afield as we are well connected to greater London via our excellent transport links. At Page8 we understand the need for a good night's rest after a busy day exploring which is why we have made the soundproofing of our rooms a priority; from double glazed windows throughout and the whole design of our hotel with the majority of our rooms facing the quieter but yet scenic streets of London to ensure you can catch some rest after a busy day exploring. I am very glad to hear that you were impressed by our stylish rooms, we have aimed to captivate the urban diversities of our location; the result being a elegant and chic design with lots of little luxuries intended to provide the ideal sanctuary for every urban explorer. It truly is great that you found all the room amenities convenient to you; it is in our mission to be the home away from home for all of our guests. Thank you for taking the time to leave us such detailed feedback, we are incredibly grateful for this. I am so glad to hear that you would recommend us. Thank you once again for taking some time to leave us such a lovely review. We hope you stay with us again. Warmest of wishes,   Kenji Quéva     Hotel Manager

This hotel really gives a great experience. We were welcomed with a free drink, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and willing to cater to any of our needs.

The hotel rooms were some of the cleanest and well designed I've ever stayed in. Everything looks and feels modern and cozy, and the free minibar is well stocked, with complimentary chocolates, fruits, and wines. The bathroom is furnished of marble, and there was even a Marshall Bluetooth speaker in the room!

Despite being in a busy intersection, the hotel rooms were surprisingly quiet. I came during a Chinese New Year's parade,
here everything was extremely loud, but I barely noticed the sound coming from the parade.

The coffee in this hotel is also exceptional-as good as if not better than most coffee shops in the area. They were also very affordable-2 pounds a cup.

I would definitely stay in the hotel again. The hotel team really did a great job!

Stayed 20-23rd February and there was a special rate at the time. I was visiting London with my daughter as we hadn't been away anywhere overnight during the Covid 19 restrictions (last 2 years) and thought we would treat ourselves to a London holiday/ theatre visit. As hadn't been away anywhere I got a bit carried away on the special requests bit for booking and mentioned that my daughters 13th birthday had been 2 days before.

On arrival Marco (apologies as didn't get the names of the other fantastically polite staff) explained that our room had a minibar and that we could use this without charge (Yay) and that for some reason the room only had one person for breakfast on it. he sorted this promptly after our welcome drink. The mini bar wasnt refilled during our 3 night stay (just incase anyone wonders)

In the room there was a bunch of dried flowers and a handwritten note welcoming us/ voucher for a serving of Tiramisu for the birthday girl and a lovely room with a bit of a view of Trafalgar square and the side view of the national gallery.

On arriving we were given a welcome drink in the foyer while we filled in the arrivals documentation -No we hadnt been to any other countries prior to our arrival etc etc.

Our room was ready at 12 noon which was fantastic as we could unpack and check out the room.

The room was lovely with electric blackout blinds. The only fault & this is very minor was that the shower gel pump wouldn't "pump". We tried every twist of the pump but eventually just took it out of the holder and unscrewed the pump bit. It was very fancy product as were the shampoo/ handwash. Very nice. There were toothbrushes/ toothpaste/ razors etc in a little basket incase anything forgotten.

The breakfast room/ coffee place/ bar was small but on our visit had no problem getting a seat/ table. The servers at the coffee place/ breakfast bar we amazing an so apologetic as there was about a 10 minute wait for food. The breakfast was amazing but more "fancy cafe" food based. Not a criticism as it was all delicious just incase anyone was expecting a full English.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone absolutely. It was fantastic and the location was so central to Leicester square and Charing Cross station (2-3 minutes walk). It took us about 30 minutes to get to Euston (Mid day Wednesday) on the Tube.

Will be booking again if down in London.

Dear Mumof2Cheshire, Thank you for your amazing 5 STAR review and for taking the time to mention the things that impressed you the most about your stay with us. We always try to go the extra mile and try to personalise each and every one of our guest’s experience and your beautiful description about the welcome drink and the Birthday note that you received in regards to your daughter’s birthday is a true testament of that. We are very pleased that you were impressed with our Tiramisu birthday treat. The Trafalgar Square view must have certainly added more value to your experience with us. Our PageCommon breakfast & coffee shop is a unique concept which with your amazing feedback we will explore and develop further. The location of Page8 is indeed perfect including for theatres and in very close proximity to the river and fine outdoor eating places, worth mentioning Covent Garden and Leicester Square. Trafalgar Square and Piccadilly Circus are also a stone’s throw away. We are very glad you were impressed with our team and the level of service that you received. We take pride in our professionalism and at the same time we want our guests to feel relaxed and comfortable in our surroundings. We thank you again for your fantastic review and we very much hope to welcome you again in the near future and wish you success and happiness in your life. Warm regards, Kenji Queva Hotel Manager

Stayed here with my partner last week. Just opened, I was given a beautiful corner room looking out onto Soho - [soundproofed windows meant I could look without having too hear!]. Right on Trafalgar sq, the location couldn't have been better.

I was given a fantastic complimentary coffee on arrival, by super friendly and helpful staff and had a delicious Salmon bagel for breakfast.

Could not have had a better experience! Highly recommend.
