Neighbourhood
Soho
The go-to district for a good time in London, Soho hosts a wealth of world-class theatres and a compelling lineup of cafes, restaurants, pubs, bars, and clubs. At Soho's core is London's original Red Light District and the epicenter of the LGBT scene – and thus the city's hottest nightlife. For shopping enthusiasts, Soho is not only the home of London's greatest concentration of boutique shops, but also the most strategic place to set off on a tour of the world's most celebrated department stores. In the southern part of the neighbourhood lies Chinatown, with its multitude of delicious and affordable restaurants. Closer to the Thames, Chinatown's narrow and teeming lantern-lit lanes spill onto the expansive hub of glitzy Leicester Square.

We stayed here twice. Once when we first started our trip. First stay was not the best. Partly because we had some issues with the type of room (we’d book a room a few categories up from a standard) we chose (picture online made the room look a lot bigger than it actually was,

Stayed here for part of my husbands 50th birthday celebration. They had left a cake and bottle of champagne in the room which was very thoughtful. The rooms are very cool and well thought out. It was so easy to walk everywhere and the bar was a great place to hang out at the end

They have really arrogant security guard name jaffa. I will never stay there or recommend such a venue to my friends and family. I am in customer service and travelling business. Never ever had I experienced such a rude service in my life ! Good luck

I would not stay at such a hotel with the rudest arrogant security guard name Jaffa! There are better hotels in Piccadilly Circus !

Hello 1971tina, Thank you for reaching and what a fantastic treat for your daughter to celebrate her 18th birthday in style! Our AWAY spa has plenty of treatments (massage, manicure, pedicure, facial, celebrity therapists for spray tanning, hairdressing and facial to name a few), as well as special packages that suit every pampering occasion, allowing even adding food and beverage packages at The Perception, should you wish. Additionally, guests have complimentary access to our steam room and sauna, located also at the spa area. Thank you for getting in touch and best wishes, Adrian Guevara W Insider

Hello Michael-MtlCdn, Our steam room and sauna facilities at AWAY Spa are complimentary of use for any registered guest, so you can pamper yourself anytime that our spa is open (even if you didn't book any treatment). Additionally, if you are looking for the ultimate pampering experience, check our Screening Suites: as they have your very private double-size steam room in the privacy of your room. Have an amazing day, Adrian Guevara W Insider

Hello Leanne T! Everyone is welcomed to pop by our bar space, The Perception, being guests in house and also visitors. In fact, we are a pretty popular destination among locals! While a reservation is not mandatory, I would highly advise to reserve a space, in order to ensure an amazing spot for your birthday drinks. You can always call us directly, or book online through our dedicated website for The Perception bar. Have an amazing day and happy birthday! Adrian Guevara W Insider
