Having stayed overnight in numerous Premier Inn throughout the country, the company has provided me with accommodation that has disappointed and annoyed however in the vast majority of cases the chain has supplied me with a high-quality place to stay.

However, at the Wimbledon Broadway Premier Inn, I was provided with exceptional service and accommodation.

I am pleased to say that this is the best Premier Inn that I have stayed in and, also, the finest overnight accommodation of its type in which I have laid my head in a long time.

The Inn’s location is very good, ten minute walk from the Wimbledon Railway Station and the town centre with shops, bars, pubs and restaurants. One minute walk to a stop where a bus will take you to Kingston, Tooting and beyond.

The staff welcome was fantastic, unmatched friendly customer service in which nothing was too much trouble to ensure that all guests have a great stay.

The modern room was very good, average in size with a large TV, two comfortable chairs (one at the desk, the other a lounger). The free Wi-Fi was acceptable, you can upgrade for a charge.

The bed was very comfortable, with good duvet and pillows encased in crisp clean linen.

The contemporary bathroom was wonderful, exceptionally good shower and water pressure; all very clean.

Did not have breakfast so cannot comment.

I can highly recommend this Premier Inn without hesitation and I would expect it will be very popular.

We stayed for a week at the Wimbledon Broadway Premier Inn during October 2021 with the aim of using it as a base to visit many of the museums in London. We wanted a hotel that did not take too long to get to all of the main museums and sights, but was reasonably priced.
On arrival we asked for a quiet room and were given a room to the back of the hotel. It was exactly what we asked for as we hardly heard any external noises. The room was a standard premier inn room with the usual comfortable bed, little storage space, and good bathroom.
We had breakfast in the hotel each morning which was normally fairly quiet and had a reasonable choice of hot food available on the buffet.
The only negative side of things is that covid restrictions meant that it was always up to us to ask for things like a change of bedding, change of towels, bins emptied, toilet paper supplied, coffee/tea making to be provided in room, so you almost feel you are doing most of the room cleaning yourself (I understand the covid restrictions but it seems now to be getting an excuse for not providing these services).
The location of the hotel is handy as there are quite a few restaurants along Broadway and you can easily walk to the Wimbledon station, and even not too far to South Wimbledon underground station, both of which have regular services into central London.

The hotel is well located in a safe area of London. It's just 5-7 mins away from the train station with lots of different kinds of shops along the way. Being on the District Line, it makes it easier to travel to central London. The rooms are rather spacious, very clean, well lit and one doesn't hear the other guests in other rooms. But the soft, cozy, large bed is what makes this such an excellent experience... and really have a good night's sleep.

This hotel is very conveniently located near Wimbledon station; my room was comfortable and quiet, with a lovely view across to the skyline of London.

I was happy with my stay, apart from 2 issues:
1. The free wi-fi is next to useless - was hardly working most of the time.
2. The breakfast was served in a rather dark dingy bar next door with loud and intrusive background music playing - a bit much first thing in the morning! The cooked food was generally rather overcooked/burnt.

I booked the hotel WELL in advance for my annual London trip. A 2 night stay in Central London for £82 which included UNLIMITED breakfast was an absolute bargain. A huge plus was that this hotel was also directly connected to the Northern Line on the tube for the Oval.

They have a new COVID care system in place which meant they preferred checking in after 4pm; as a disabled person I always get the latest possible direct train - which meant I was 5 hours earlier than this - but I asked them beforehand if I could check in early and I was very grateful when they accommodated this request.

The hotel is currently undergoing renovations but may put some guests off but personally this caused minimal issues.

The room was more than adequate for my needs.

The unlimited breakfast was very nice; I had to ask for assistance as I walk with a stick and couldn't do the buffet style easily. Again the dining staff were more than happy to help for all my breakfast needs.

Overall very happy with the price & experiences had while @ Premier Inn Wimbledon.

Our room was exceptionally clean, everything looked new. All facilities were great especially as we were there during storm Eunice so we didn't have to venture out as the Bar and Block Restaurant is part of the premises and had a wide choice of options. Friendly staff in both hotel and restaurant so great value for the price. Only down side is the cost of parking and finding a parking spot in the nearest carpark priced at £2-00 per hour stay although 11pm-8am is free overnight parking.

In London for work and stayed at this hotel, didn’t get there till fine 9pm. Staff polite, friendly and efficient offering free parking. Room on second floor was clean, tidy and well equipped with comfy bed. Was good to have large fan in room as the moron next door had his tv a bit to loud and fan drowns out the sound. As always good hotel and comfy just always some idiot in London want to annoy your day....😬

Hotels location is perfect for people visiting Wimbledon. It's right on the main street and within walking distance of public transport.
Check in was easy and friendly.
The room overall was good with a good bed as expected however the pillows were flat and the spare ones, one was lumpy and the other had a black smudge on the pillow case. Was in a sealed bag so should of been clean.
The Bathroom was below standards expected. The toilet had dirty water around the seat hinges. The toilet roll had not been filled and the shower pressure was underwhelming even if taken of eco mode.
Breakfast was at the Bar and Block attached restaurant. This was ten pounds per person per day for all you can eat. Thyou don't really feel its all you can eat as at the moment it's all table service not the usual help yourself buffet. This means you order then don't really get the feeling you should ask for more. The cooked food was good though with a selection of cereals and pastries etc that you would expect from a Premier Inn establishment. Overall it doesn't seem to offer as good value as you expect.
Overall the stay was positive though if you need a well appointed hotel to go to the tennis you won't be dissappointed

Very good value for hotel rooms in London. Ideally located for Wimbledon theatre, Centre Court shopping centre and all local attractions including tennis. Good public transport connections eg to rail and underground stations but check beforehand re. road works and diverted buses. A small matter of cleanliness (lipstick stain on duvet that was not removed by laundry) was deal with very efficiently by a change of room and complimentary breakfast resolving the issue entirely to our satisfaction. Well done the management!

Stayed here just for one night when I was moving home. It was clean and comfortable and overall does what is promises. I didn't use the restaurant or bar, choosing to go elsewhere locally, but many visitors appeared to be doing so. I would stay with Premier Inn again. The one downside of this location is that there is no attached car park. The nearest is a few minutes walk, by Wimbledon Theatre, but that has become quite expensive up to 11pm at £1 per 30 mins. Between 11pm and 8am there is no charge.
