Explore the quirks and cobbles of London’s historical Covent Garden, knowing you’re just a stroll from your bed. With one and three bedroom apartments, you’ll be welcomed by contemporary interiors and a carefully considered space. Next door, The Yards offers plenty of opportunities for you-time. Surrounding Covent Garden is as quaint as it is quirky, with high-street stores alongside designer boutiques and street food vendors pitched next to high-end restaurants. Soho, Chinatown, Theatreland and the Southbank are nearby.

We booked the large 3 bedroom apartment and 2 of the 1 beds and found each of them to be fantastic. Recently refurbished, the rooms were very clean, stylish and spacious. The balcony from the 3 bed room stretched the whole length of the apartment with great views of Covent Garden, We found this to be great value for money in a super location. Lillian, our host was so very kind and helpful - we couldn't have asked for more.

We stayed in the 3-bedroom apartment which was clean, modern, very well equipped and much more spacious than the photographs suggest. Location is excellent very close to Covent Garden and Leicester Square - plenty of restaurants, shops, cinemas and theatres nearby. The property manager was very helpful and we appreciated the early check-in at 2pm. Highly recommended.

This apartment, located in an unbeatable location with Covent Garden, Seven Dials, Leicester Square, Soho & Trafalgar Square practically at our doorstep, was the perfect place for our group of five adult friends visiting London. Our property manager, Roland, was very attentive and helpful with great tips on local dining. The apartment is very spacious and well appointed. The balconies helped to create a unique indoor / outdoor atmosphere with sweeping views of central london’s rooftops. We cannot wait to visit again!

The location is excellent but that is where the positives end.

After receiving an email asking me to pick up the keys from a different location I arrived at the property. The front door only opened half way, it was being stopped by the door closure arm above. I didn’t think much of it at the time as I was only booked in for one night.

The one bed apartment was a good size although the shower room was very small. The furniture was very budget and poor quality for a 4 star apartment, however the bed was fine.

The windows in the living room were locked closed and as there is no air conditioning it got stuffy as I was staying in July. The wood flooring in the hall was scuffed and there was no carpet gripper between the hall and bedroom, leaving frayed carpet edges. The bedroom carpet was also stained and there was mould around the sealant in the shower room and limescale on the fixtures.

I had an email the day after checking out to say that I had caused damage to the front door and my credit card had been charged £200. I advised that the door was already damaged on my arrival to which I had a response basically calling me a liar. I am now taking this up with the authorities.

I would advise anyone planning on staying at a SACO property to do a thorough video tour to point out any issues that you may be charged for.

I travel frequently for work and have never experienced such poor service.

This was my first and will definitely be my last stay at a SACO property.

Dear Andrew, Thank you for taking the time to feedback SACO St Martins. We are sorry for the issue you have experienced with us. I can assure you that all apartments are checked prior to every arrival and we couldn't identify any faults with the main door, we do advise our guest to notify us immediately if any issues are found at check in. In regards of the flooring we took your feedback in consideration and remediate the scuffs. We really value your custom and hope to see you back at SACO soon, if you decide to book with us again please don’t hesitate to contact me directly so I can personally look after your stay. Regards,

We checked in on 19 Oct

19/Oct
Went to Acne st Martian to pickup the key at 2:00pm. However, no key was found in the deposit box. A lady who works for your company said now we cannot get the key from the deposit box. She wrote down my UK phone number. She asked me to meet her at 3:00pm at st Martian cove. However, when I arrived at 3:00pm. She said I came at the wrong time and I asked if I should come back at 4:00. She said I should wait for her call. I waited until 6:00pm , no one called me so I sent a email to your company . Your colleague gave me a call and said she called the Holborn colleague to give me a key. Finally I met your colleague and get into my apartment at 7:00pm.
20 Oct
The TV was not working and the toilet seat was broken . A gentleman came in and fix the TV and he said there will be someone to fix the toilet seat. Toilet seat was fixed finally after we moved in on the 7th day.
Oct 25th
Someone came in and said they needed to check something so I asked her if the cleaning could happen in after 1:00pm cos I have on line lesson every mon to Friday from 9:00-1:00. She said she would inform the cleaning lady.
26 Oct
The cleaner arrived at 10:00am and I asked her to come back after 1:00pm but she said she could not so she just cleaned the toilet and threw the rubbish and left.
28 Oct
No hot water for bathing . Called the whatapps phone and someone said I should call back tomorrow at 9:00am

19 Oct till now , Wifi never work probably.

every day rubbish truck collects the rubbish at 6:30am and road construction starts at 8:30am which is quite noisy but I can still torlence. However the renovation inside the building that started on 26/10 and 27/10 are so annoying and that really disturbed my work. on 28th , no more noise within the building . However, to play safe , I had cancelled all my on line meeting with my clients.

I found other people hair and body air on the bed on the first day we arrive .

Feeling helpless in the last two days staying in this apartment !

This is an amazing flat!

The location is fantastic with wonderful restaurants and so central to everything either a tourist or business person could need. To name a few Bills Restaurant is right down stairs and Dishoom next door. So many more.

The flat was a clean, fully equipped 1 bedroom. Everything you need. The balcony wraps around from the living room to the bedroom and the sliding doors open up to the gorgeous St.James courtyard.

Aside from this, Lilian the SACO operations manager was very attentive, checked to make sure we had everything. Dropped off additional supplies when needed.

I’m going to mention the location again, you can’t be better located next to Leicester Square and Covent Garden Tube stations. A fun walk through floral Court to Tescos for supplies.

Will be back for sure!

My wife, 12 year old daughter and I chose the Cove to give us a little more room during our stay in London. The location of the room could not have been better! Covent Garden is a great place to stay. Walkable to many great restaurants and shops. The Underground is just around the corner and there is action at every turn. I just have to say, this was our first trip to London and it is now one of my favorite cities that I have visited (and I live ten minutes from NYC). The room of the Cove is great. It is an efficiency type room with a full kitchen, plates, pots, pans, etc. Everything you would need to cook a meal, if you wished to do that. The living area is attached to the kitchen a very roomy. The sofa turns into a bed and that is where my daughter stayed, while my wife and I had a private bedroom. There was a safe in the room for valuables and a hair dryer (as I understand there are issues with using an American hairdryer with the voltage difference). The room has no air condition and we were concerned about this because of the recent heat waves in London, but it was not an issue. The were two large fans in the two rooms and leaving the windows open offered a nice breeze. We were not uncomfortable (but we were also not there during the 100 degree days). Our room also had a balcony that stretch the length to the room and had two entries, one from the living area and one from the bedroom. the balcony had a table and chairs and overlooked the courtyard of the building, which had a few restaurants. My only issue with the room was the fact there was no front desk or workers on sight. We ran out of toilet paper on our second night and cold not get in touch with anyone to provide more. Other than that, the room was great in an excellent location and I would recommend staying here.

There were 7 of us staying in 3 bedroom apartment. The apartment was clean, spacious and the location was great although a little noisy. The apartment had major problems with the doors opening and closing properly. I had to lift the front door up to be able to close it and then lift it up again to be able to lock the door, once I tried to do it, the door handle fell off in my hand. Opening and closing the internal pocket door to the en-suite bathroom was a 2 man job. Despite the hilarious door issues, we had a fantastic weekend, and the apartment suited our needs, would definitely consider staying here again.

Stayed in this property with my two children and husband. Pros: The location is just fantastic. You have everything you could possibly need within a few steps-- restaurants, grocery, pharmacy, and every shop you could imagine (the ice cream downstairs is unbelievable). Walkable to most tourist sites and all the theaters. Also close to several tube lines. This is a huge plus for London where the traffic is just awful. If you need a base for a family that doesn't know London that well, this location cannot be beat.

Size of the apartment: excellent. Beds comfortable, bathrooms very nice.

Staff: very responsive, generally.

The cons wouldn't keep me from staying there again but should be known: 1) it's noisy. If you have poor sleepers or babies, I would be aware that there are bars everywhere and you can hear the people much of the night. We were on the 5th floor. We could also very clearly hear EVERYTHING in the apartment next-door. 2) The internet is incredibly slow. Not a big deal unless you plan to work there or want to watch TV on your computer or something. 3) The communication is generally very poor. It says you can call to reserve early check in, but they couldn't tell me if I could check in early until about an hour before. They don't tell you anything about the apartment such as where to take the trash, where to find extra things like blankets or towels, there were manuals for appliances but they were the wrong ones, no basics for cooking like salt or dish soap. Also nothing at all about the neighborhood or general info. Unusual for such an expensive place.

Enjoyed every bit of staying. Was a bit tricky to get the key from other premises but once we had a key, everything was smooth.
Children loved it as it’s spacious and they loved the fact every room has TV
So close to centre
Wanna come again
Highly recommend
