The location of this hotel cannot be bettered if you are visiting London as a tourist and the facilities cannot be bettered if you are on business
A few metres from Trafalgar Square with The National Gallery and the National Portrait gallery less than a five minute walk. Walk further down Northumberland Avenue and Embankment Pier is also less than five minutes away.
I arrived at the hotel about 12.30 and my room was ready having checked in online and been given my room number and electronic key and here was the only problem with my entire stay. The key wasn't reliable so I went to the front desk and requested a physical key card. It was all sorted in less than five minutes by a a very welcoming and helpful Matthew who explained how things worked during this current health situation. The front desk is manned 24 hours and provides any replacement items you may need such as tea or towels etc which are delivered contact free to your room.
The room I stayed in was a standard double (number 547) and was spacious and spotless as was the bathroom. The mini bar being empty meant I had a very useful fridge in which to keep drinks and snacks bought from Tesco Express about 50 metres from the hotel. A microwave in the room is there for if you ordered takeaway food which can be delivered directly to your room (£2.50 charge) There is a workstation equipped with all the connections you could need to work from your room and the wifi is very fast.
A very large comfortable bed a couple of chairs complete the interior and a panel to control heating and air con is next to the bed. The air con fan like all fans is noisy.
I didn't eat or drink at the hotel as the whole of the West End is literally outside your doorstep.
A taxi from Kings Cross on a Sunday cost me £20 with the tip but travelling back to Kings Cross on a Wednesday I caught the number 91 bus that starts on Northumberland Avenue and passes Euston, Kings Cross and St Pancras stations. The buses and taxis are stuck in the same traffic due to all the new cycle paths in Central London so both take the same time during peak hours and the bus is £1.50
I am returning to this hotel in January and hopefully the Club Lounge will be up and running by then and my review would have 5 stars this time if it were not for the covid restrictions this time around. Temperature was checked on arrival and hand sanitiser stations were everywhere around the public areas.
I cannot wait to return to this hotel and would recommend it to tourists and business people alike.

Spent one night here with my cousin and our kids. The booking and check-in procedures were excellent with digital thermometer checks on entry and sanitizer stations to keep hands clean. We had two rooms - a double and a kitchenette room. Both were very spacious with good bathrooms. The kitchenette was very good for a family room with a sliding partition to separate the sleeping areas and a dining area also. The location was great just off Trafalgar Square and walking distance to Soho, Oxford Street and Tottenham Court Road. The hotel was great value at £117/night - would definitely recommend for a London stay.

We have just got back from a 3 day break at this lovely hotel, I honestly can’t recommend it enough. Firstly location was PERFECT, about 10 min walk to most of the sites, London eye, Downing Street, Big Ben, about 10 min walk to Covent Garden where there is lots of bars and restaurants, 5 minute walk if that to Trafalgar Square and embankment tube station, There was also lots of restaurants and shops (Tesco) next to our hotel We arrived at our hotel at around 12pm hoping we could drop our bags off whilst we went to explore the city, to our delight they informed us our room was ready!! 3 hours earlier than expected. As we entered the hotel we had our temperature taken and had a contactless check in which made us feel extremely safe with everything that’s been going on, masks were also permitted in all public areas of the hotel! when we went up to our room, the door was sealed after it was cleaned and you break the seal as you arrive which was a nice touch, we were also informed on another occasion that rooms are left after check out for over 24 hours which I also think is a good safety measure. London in itself was very quiet compared to normal (in a good way) lots of bars and restaurants etc were still open but public transport was a breeze and never packed! The room was clean, the beds comfortable, Had everything you needed, hairdryer, iron, lots of plug sockets, fridge, they even had a microwave! the room isn’t cleaned like it normally would be during your stay (due to Covid) which was fine with us but the staff couldn’t be more accommodating when giving us extra towels/toilet roll/ shampoo etc, just a quick call down to reception and they get everything ready for you all sealed for you to collect. The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful during our stay and nothing was too much. It was my boyfriends birthday whilst we was there and they even sent up a bottle of wine and a birthday card which I thought was so thoughtful and lovely! They also let us leave our luggage for the full day at the hotel securely free of charge!! I would definitely recommend this hotel and we really are looking forward to coming back soon, thank you!

I stayed at the Club Quarters Hotel on the weekend before Christmas, knowing London would be busy we got the hotel for a good price and did make us question the standard of the hotel and wondered why we were getting such a bargain. Turned out there was no catch the hotel has a stereotypical London look from the outside that was very grand and blended into its surroundings. There was a Christmas party going on with guests dressed up in their best and made us think that it couldn't be our hotel as it looks too classy. We were in our wet clothes and soaked from the typical British weather. When we worked out that it was our hotel we went in and the interior matches the grandness of the outside again very classy and very London. The reception desk is small and all weekend there was a queue no matter what point we passed, we never had to wait long to speak to someone. However it can get quite crowded in the area. There was two bowls of hard sweets left out for guests at all times which is a nice touch along with many in the hotel.
We went up to out room and again the interior was very pleasant and modern and to our surprise very spacious for a central London hotel. Although I found the bathroom to be very small and pokey. Again there are lots of nice little touches in the room that would hope are there, iron and board, kettle, pen and paper but something I have never seen before was a yoga mat and bands in the wardrobe. This is apparently something recently added and works with the fitness programs which are available on the TV, which incidentally is huge and good quality. Sadly despite being on the 7th floor the room was unable to block out the sounds of sirens throughout the night from emergency vehicles.
Although this leads me to a highlight of mine which was the lounge, its a very pleasant and quiet place to go to escape the hustle and bustle of London, get a coffee which was free or a bottle of water which was available also on every floor and relax. There were computers available for internet access or work as well as daily newspapers. There were a good selection of offices and meeting rooms to use as well which for those on a business trip is very handy and the hotel promotes a quiet working environment as well. I didn't have a chance to use the gym but I hear it was kept very well with modern equipment.
Apart from being a nice hotel its location is great, you are pretty much central London and even if you aren't close to were you need to be there is a bus stop just outside or Charing Cross station is a 3-5 minutes walk.
Definitely a recommended stay if you are in London for whatever reason.

The whole hotel was lovely. We got a room upgrade and a bottle of wine in our room because it was my birthday. Anything you need you just had to ring down to reception and they got whatever you needed straight away. They also let us leave our bags in the hotel all day on the check out. The coronavirus rules in the hotel were VERY good. They took your temperature on arrival and lots of hand sanitiser around, as well as not having access to your room and the room being sanitised before you arrived. The staff are sooooo friendly and location is absolutely perfect, will 100% be staying again!

We stayed here for two nights with our 5 year old daughter. We were very impressed with the COVID-19 precautions the hotel had taken. The room had been sealed after cleaning and the guests break the seal upon arrival.

The staff were very accommodating allowing is to check in early and leave our bags upon departure.

The room was well equipped with a fridge, kettle and microwave which make travelling with a child just that bit easier!

The beds were comfortable and there was enough space for the three of us. Our room faced the street but the traffic noise was minimum through the two sets of window panes.

The location is excellent. Embankment tube station and the golden jubilee bridge are at one end of the street and Trafalgar square is at the other end.

We will certainly be looking to visit again.

This is a great hotel just off Trafalgar Square that is very reasonably priced for its location.
It has an impressive bar but it shuts before 12. The lunch menu looked great, although we had plans to eat elsewhere.
Rooms are a nice size, clean and tidy and not too noisy despite being in the thick of it.
Only downsides are, reception is small and slow. Can only serve one person at a time and this is not a speedy process. Only one person appears to work in reception at any time.
If you don’t have a room key-you have to queue at reception to get a card for the lift and take it to the 3rd floor for the hotel toilets.

Other than those small issues-I would recommend this hotel.

The location of this hotel was absolutely perfect for a couple of days in London with the kids (9 & 7). Matthew at reception greeted us and made us feel really welcome and couldn't do enough for us (including giving us a croissant to go and feed the ducks in St James Park!! Thankyou!!). We had a great room on the 9th floor which was lovely and quiet considering you were in the centre of London and also a perfect size to fit us & 2 kids in. The only downside was the room's window was tucked around the corner of the room and didn't have much of a view but as we were out all day it really didn't matter. The hotel is really safe feeling, everyone wearing masks and plenty of hand sanitiser spots and no large groupings of people. If you want somewhere near to all the sites and restaurants that London has to offer this is perfect.

We stayed for one night over Saturday to Sunday. No complaints at all, lovely staff particularly Maria and Malin who checked us in who made us feel very welcome. We had a Standard room, on the 5th floor, which was very spacious, decent Queen sized bed that was very comfortable.
Very easy access to various bus routes and Charing Cross underground station only being a short 5 min walk away, as well as other attractions for instance Horse Guards, St James Park, Buckingham Palace etc.
On the Sunday morning they stored our bags for us whilst we had brunch at the nearby Cafe Conciertio which we thoroughly recommend.
Overall a very affordable stay in a well suited location in central London. We will certainly be staying again in the near future.

We stayed here this past weekend for our anniversary and our daughters birthday and we couldn't of been more impressed. We arrived extremely early into London and the hotel let us drop our bags off while we went and got food. After we returned we were able to stay in the lounge and our toddler fell asleep. The staff was so accommodating with keeping us up to date on when our room would be ready even though we were still very early. They got us booked into our room hours in advance and they notified housekeeping that we had a sleeping toddler. Housekeeping set up the pull out bed for our daughter so we could immediately lay her down without any hassle. So extremely thoughtful of them. On top of that they gave us a complimentary bottle of wine for our anniversary, candy and my daughter a birthday card. My daughter snuggled that card everyday and it's currently on her nightstand at home. When we checked out we asked if they wouldn't mind if we left our bags at the hotel as we did our last couple hours of sightseeing and they were once again so friendly and were completely fine with it. Just amazing all around. Clean rooms, covid precautions taken seriously, staff was outstanding and our brief encounter with housekeeping was just as wonderful. We'll definitely be coming back here. Highly recommend staying here!

Also, the location was absolutely perfect!
