Satyed here and had afew hiccups with the booking and room allocation prior to arriving but this was quickly rectified so nothing more to say.
Hotel doesnt look the most inviting from the outside however its clean and tidy on the inside. Very basic but does the job and was a perfect location for our needs.

I would like to personally thank Natanya for being a friendly face when greeting us, she was busy and on her own behind reception but kepy calm, smiled and was helpful to each guest. Lovely calm natured and nothing was too much trouble.
Clearly Natanya takes pride in her work and workplace and in my opionion is the heart of the hotel.
If she isnt already a manager then she needs to be, her customer service skills are off the scale. She was cleaning spilt drinks in lifts, tidying the reception area, checking in breakfast guests, answering the phones etc and this is rarely seen in hotels. Most front of house members feel it not their job to help with cleaning etc.

Breakfast was good, i would personally prefer sachet brown sugar and not a large bag of help yourself with people popping spoons in.
Glasses came out in 6s at a time and were hot, the amount wasnt enough to keep up with the rush.
Bread was being topped up from the bag at the toast station and wasnt the best look, maybe this should be done in the kitchen?
Maybe offer the option of cup sizes for the coffee machine but i did like the fact that you offered take out cups.
Please understand that this isnt a moan just something that i personally wouldve liked different.
Breakfast selection was good, what you would expect and was fresh. hot and tasty. Fruit was fresh and looked very inviting.

Overall for me this hotel does what it says on the tin, its a travelodge in a good location for the staduim - Ubers were around £10 each way so bargain.
Bus stop outside the hotel takes you top the bus station where you can then take the bus to all locations including Wembely.

Rooms were clean, ( i wouldve liked a sheet that i wasnt sliding around on due the the matress protector under and the sheet mightve done with being a larger size to accomadate this ) Temprature in the rooms were great too and the noise level minimum throughout the night.

Stopped August Bank Holiday for 1 night as a family of 4 (2 kids aged 3 and 15).
Used as a base for shopping in Central London and Camden and is great for this purpose as Brent Cross tube station is only 5 minutes drive away (and has all day parking for only £6)
Check in was a breeze and no problem even though we were 45 minutes early. The room was very clean and spacious and we were pleasantly surprised to find that the 2 kids beds were actual beds and not pull out sofas.
Breakfast in the morning was plentiful, tasty and piping hot with lots of choice.
The only thing that disappointed us was the evening meal. The burgers had been deep fried to within an inch of their lives, the onion rings were greasy and the chips were all stone cold (x3).
The kids (3year olds meal came 5 minutes after the other 3!)We were too tired to complain, and still give the hotel 5 stars despite this meal.
Would we stay here again?......
Definately, but would eat our evening meal elsewhere.

"Ewa / Natanya / Catherine"
Ewa is a very clever manager with good insight into solving problems! I was impressed how quickly she fixed my problem! All the staff are very good and helpful And I should know it probably better than anyone else as I have been staying here almost continuously for more than a year. I especially want to mention Natanya who is always welcoming, has good people skills and is quick to solve any of your housekeeping shortages or room needs. She is the life and blood of the hotel, and I would be glad to recommend her for any upcoming promotion. Another person with especially good customer services skills and a good smile is Catherine.

I stayed at this hotel with my wife whilst visiting friend and I think I would have felt safer sleeping in my car.

I got back to the hotel at about 11pm to find groups of youths playing loud music in their cars in the car park.

I went into the hotel only to find more groups of youths hanging about in the reception. I went up in the lift to my room...and youve guessed it more youths who followed you through the security doors as soon as they were open.I found all of this very intimidating.

After a bad night sleep in a room that wasn't clean, had no glasses in the bathroom for cleaning your teeth and only had one hand towel between two people, I went down for breakfast. The food on offer was disgusting. The bacon was as hard as cardboard, the sausages burnt and the eggs and mushrooms dried out.

I wanted to get away as soon as possible, there was no opportunity to complain as there was never anybody on reception.

I wrote a letter of complaint and customer services were just not interested, the response I got was "well nobody else complained". I am not sure what their values are but if somebody complains then this is followed up throroughly. I was offered a free breakfast next time I stayed in a Travelodge - they can stick it as I will never use them again

This hotel provides comfortable, sparkling clean, basic accommodations for a reasonable price. It looks like it was remodeled recently, because all the interiors look new. The staff is extremely helpful and courteous. The showers have great water pressure, the TV is working fine, it has efficient and quiet air conditioning. The breakfast buffet has a great variety of foods (including full- English breakfast items, cereals, yogurt, bagels, orange juice and an automatic espresso machine) for £9.75 per person (children eat for free). My family was very pleased with our stay and I highly recommend this hotel.

Booked a hotel room went to check in and was greeted by a very professional and helpful black man who made us all feel at home and comfortable.
Also a young lady in reception on Thursday morning was extremely helpful and polite.
Coming down to our last morning in the hotel we had a late night coming back and wanted to check out late we told the cleaning staff we wanted to check out late and we’ll pay the late fee for any inconvenience we may had given them which she said that was fine another cleaning staff came knocking the door we told them the exact same thing then all of a sudden there’s a knock at the door it’s the manager and she’s being rude telling us to leave and even at one point after we said we’d sort our things out and leave and closed the door she then used her key to get into our room and came in shouting at the top of her lungs telling us to get out I was extremely annoyed and agitated by that lady’s actions and someone like her shouldn’t be a manager if you don’t know how to deal or speak with people

We stayed at the Travelodge for a few days.
Not sure what to expect as we hadn’t used them before. From the outset the person on reception offered us a room on the quite side of the hotel, a good way from any possible disturbances. Nothing was to much trouble. Later on had issues with setting up the Wi-Fi (it’s not free) who was there to help Natanya sorted all out for us. Later we had an evening meal Service was first glass by the same lady. All our meals were well cooked by kitchen staff.
Room was clean and comfortable
Overall our stay was very pleasant

I have stayed here on a number of occasions now so can vouch for a really lovely stay.

In particular, Natanya and Gabriella were both extremely helpful and polite at all times during my stay and any interactions with them.

From the moment of booking, they both went out of their way to provide an excellent service and to ensure everything was ok. I am particular in which room I stay and they have both gone out of their way to provide me with a room which suits my needs, which is predominately quiet.

If anything did arise, it would be addressed and resolved immediately and any without hesitation!

I was particularly impressed with Natanya who is a lovely professional lady, priding herself in the quality of the service she provides. I was aware of her calm patient, understanding and genuine care of her guests.

Equally lovely is Gabriella, who provided an outstanding service and was patient and understanding and will go out of her way to help and resolve any matters. I was aware of her professional but equally friendly, polite and caring service.

Gary was also very polite and professional in my dealings with him.

I would thoroughly recommend a stay with Travelodge Brent Cross, as don't think you can go wrong!

I can't thank all the staff enough and NOT forgetting the meticulous cleaning staff who do an outstanding job in ensuring the rooms are kept thoroughly cleaned.

I will book again and look forward to my next stay.

I hope you too enjoy your stay!

We came here on 26th December 2021 with a dog and stayed for 7 nights and we were well looked aftered. The staffs are brilliant and very very welcoming and really took care of us. Gabriella and Garry including cleaner Diana and night staff were very helpful. We did had some issues with the rooms and the staff were very quick to shift us into different room. The location is bit away from central London but roughly takes 45-60 mins to get into city. Bus connection is just 2 mins walk from the hotel. The restaurant/breakfast was excellent. Very customer friendly staff. Loads of parking area for customers. Thank you
